I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay at Mercure. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my visit especially enjoyable.

Good experience overall, just having to cross the road to get to the room is a bit unconvenient especially with kids

Due to our unique location along the coast, our Hillside rooms are situated across Hạ Long Road from our main beachside facilities, including the pool and restaurant. I completely understand how managing traffic crossing with young children can add stress to your holiday.
For your safety and comfort, our front entrance security team is always on standby to assist families in crossing the road safely at any time. For a completely seamless experience on a future visit, we highly recommend looking into our Beachside options, such as our Deluxe Sea View or Family Sea View rooms, which provide direct access to all resort amenities without needing to cross the street.

The hotel had a lot of rubbish around the rocky areas near the dining area. At the very least, the hotel should clean these areas every morning. The beach was also full of rubbish. Although I saw staff raking the sand, they did not actually pick up the rubbish.
The bellboys and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. However, a few of the reception staff made me feel uncomfortable during check-in.

The design of the hotel makes it unsafe for us to move between hotel facilities (eg from room to breakfast or pool you have to cross the street located on a hill-curve). More measures need to be in place to ensure safety, as this is not befitting a 5 star facility.
Room was full of ants, bathroom quite smelly, and heavy rain caused it to be quite dampy.

The hotel is in a convenient location, right across from the beach, making it easy to get around. The security guard was also very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offers a wide range of facilities. However, the room cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom, where a strand of hair was still left behind.

we ordered one dish and requested to serve in the room but the kitchen seasoned very terrible. i thought it was trash or some leafs felt down on my dish. that cant acceptable
we request to clean the room once since our baby made some mess. but i didnt see what they did at all.
the draft was full of smell. trash was still full in the basket.
Mercure was our destination to date, to celebrate after we married, and this time we took our 1st baby to Mercure.
that was so disappointed. bcs Mercure is meant sth to us. But look what we got
