Room: clean and comfortable. Hotel staff: nice especially the door man Breakfast: good My children enjoyed bicycling of the hotel supply Other service: massage: not good. The advertise is different with actual. Bad room, bad staff. It’s not worth to use the service. They supply the service for many guests without enough staff and room. Therefore they shorten the service. What I want to say that I pay money for my relax with the qualified service. Although they say sorry but I don’t feel relax. I choose massage at 4 star hotel not public place. If you can supply with the quality service, pls keep going. If not, pls consider about the business. I don’t want to come back the hotel for this issue. My trip will be perfect if I don’t choose the massage package.
