We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Seoul. Our views of the lake and Signiel was breathtaking, and the close proximity to nearby attractions and malls made it super convenient. We had exceptional service from the team. We had seamless coordination with the concierge and reservations team, many thanks to Rohan. It was great to hear from him again. Housekeeping and turndown service was immaculate, and the team made sure everything was in order to the tiniest of details. Had a warm welcome and send-off from James Lee. The club team also made sure we were taken care of, especially Sunny, Cathy, Joo Song, Flor, Ginny and the rest of the club team. We are also very thankful to Sunny for going above and beyond to resolve some of our concerns (e.g. going around, clarification on addresses of our destinations, online purchases of local products), it is greatly appreciated. Other than that, there were a few issues, which their manager Donny made sure to take note of. We were happy to be back and stay longer this time, and we definitely will return again soon.

I visited this hotel in October 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay and therefore returned in December 2024. Beautiful hotel with genuine, kind staff. The staff at the Club Millésime made me feel very welcome and also had a great conversation with Ethan Oh. Thanks for the great hospitality. I will return in 2025.

Toothbrush provided at a cost. Additional charges for cleaning food consumed in room (either by delivery or self packed food). Did not top-up body wash during my stay. Room allowed 4 people to stay but only provided 3 towels.

In line with our sustainability efforts, our hotel discourages the consumption of delivery food in rooms Additionally, due to government regulations, items like toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided for purchase. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter. Furthermore, we regret that only 3 sets of towels were provided for your stay with 4 people. We will ensure that this issue is properly addressed through the relevant departments, and we will make every effort to ensure that sufficient towels are provided from the check-in stage.
