Beds are comfortable, rooms are cozy enough. Gym is decently equipped for an Ibis Hotel, but the treadmill is in need of an upkeep/replacement. You need sanitizing wipes for gym equipment for hygiene reasons too.

Being charge rm290++ for one night but have to pay for parking. Breakfest menu so basic. Not worth for what i am paid. Compared to other 3@4 hotel nearby such as concorde hotel, cititel etc.

the property is not well maintained - stains on walls, curtains.... dusts on the table. Sound insulation is very poor (i can hear the noise from the road, and even the ringbell of next room etc). The internet is not working. Asked the staff to change a quieter room for me but being rejected. Overall experience is not good.

I have stated my room preference before but still given noisy room facing lift door. This has been happening for few stays. Aircon in room cannot cool the room. Ibis kitchen service staff esp Shahzaib, Shah and housekeeping are consistently good.

Nice clean hotel with great staff especially Ms Liana and Mr Shah. Only thing that concerned us was on Sat night 22nd Aug, we heard a loud sound from the Electrical Room. The air in the corridor was also hot. We went down to the reception and informed the staff on duty who promptly sent the guard up to check on it. While waiting she told us there was a fire alarm triggered earlier and many people came down to the lobby. However we on the 13th floor did not hear any fire alarm. Apparently others on 13th floor also did not hear it. This is clearly a safety issue. She also said that it was Saturday night and no maintenance staff was on duty. Surely there should be someone around in case of any emergency? When I checked out the next day I also raised it to Ms Liana and she told me that maybe because the alarm was triggered from 1 room on the 11th floor, the alarm for all floors was not sounded. I hope that this can be addressed as fire safety alarms are of the utmost importance in ensuring safety.
