Dear Mr. M., Thank you for sharing your feedback. As an economy hotel, ibis PJCC offers two room categories with the same room size and layout. The main difference between the room categories is the floor level, with rooms located on either the higher or lower floors. Please also note that amenities such as the iron and ironing board are available upon request. Drinking water is provided via the water dispensers conveniently located along each guest room corridor as part of our sustainability initiative. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our guest experience.
