An amazing stay at Mercure Cikini 🤍 Had such a wonderful experience staying at Mercure Jakarta Cikini. I would rate my experience 4/10. I stayed at Mercure Cikini, Jakarta from 7–9 August 2026. Overall, the room was comfortable and I was satisfied with the food. However, unfortunately, one issue during check-in significantly affected my overall experience. When I checked in on the afternoon of Friday, 7 August 2026, a female receptionist wearing glasses assisted me with creating my ALL – Accor Live Limitless account. I do not know her name, but my name was entered incorrectly as “Akhirel” instead of “A..” This is not a minor spelling difference, and the incorrect name was entered into my official Accor account. What is particularly frustrating is that I am now experiencing considerable difficulty correcting this information. I have already submitted supporting documents, including my KTP and birth certificate, but my request to correct my first and last name has still not been approved. As a result, I am now having to deal with a lengthy and unnecessary administrative process simply because my name was entered incorrectly during check-in. I sincerely ask Accor and the hotel team to assist me in resolving this name correction as soon as possible. I also strongly encourage the hotel to be much more careful when creating or entering guest information. A guest’s name, regardless of how long or unfamiliar it may sound, is part of their identity and should not be entered carelessly. A mistake made by a receptionist may seem insignificant at the time, but it can have long-term consequences for the guest, especially when it affects a loyalty account and its associated benefits. I may currently be a Basic member, but what happens in the future if I become a Gold or Platinum member and cannot properly access my account or benefits because my identity was incorrectly entered at check-in? I hope the hotel will take this matter seriously. Please ensure that staff are more attentive and verify guest information carefully before submitting or creating an account. Guests trust hotel staff with their personal information, and that responsibility should be handled with accuracy and care. Thank you, and I hope you can also help me resolve my pending name correction.

This is my first stay with Mercure Cikini. Honestly speaking this property is smaller than Novotel Cikini. However, comparatively I love the warmth and the enthusiasm of GM Yuni and her entire team. All staff are always ready to smile and greets when I have face contact with them. Some would ask, how's your day or how's your sleep last night. They also bother to know whether I am happy with my meals. Their Executive Chef Adhateria and Chef Tezar would try to accommodate any request from guests. They have FOM Alex in the background backing up GM Yuni on the operation of the property and I must say, it is very well managed.
