Excellent experience! Very well located, good rooms and breakfast and an excellent service, with very polite, educated, attentive and English speaking staff. A special mention to the concierge staff who planned all our trips in a very attentive and professional manner. The room service (snack, lunch or dinner) is also of good quality and not expensive.

I have stayed in Novotel chains all over the region but this one is pretty bad. Notwithstanding the great location, the rooms does not seem clean and toilet is a tad dirty and old. Service staff were mediocre at best.

My stay at Novotel Beijing Peace from December 10 to 15, 2025, was generally comfortable – the location is convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were polite during most interactions. Unfortunately, a significant billing problem at check-out has left me quite disappointed. On December 14, the front desk experienced technical difficulties processing my deposit. The staff asked me to repay it and assured me that the original authorization would be automatically released. They even provided a business card in case of any issues. However, as of today (December 23, 2025), my bank statement shows that both the room charges (2103.69 CNY) and the full deposit (2500 CNY) have been deducted, resulting in an overcharge of 2500 CNY that has not been refunded. I have contacted the hotel directly and also reached out to Accor Customer Care for assistance, but the lack of proactive communication and the ongoing delay in resolving this matter have been frustrating. A simple deposit hold should not turn into an actual double charge lasting over a week. I have been a loyal Accor guest for many years, but this experience has unfortunately impacted my trust. I sincerely hope the team can resolve the refund promptly and improve the payment process to prevent this from happening to other guests. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
