Novotel Devonport offers valet parking for AUD$25.00 per car/night, available on arrival subject to availability. Parking is not able to be pre-booked in advance with the exception of motorbikes.
The car park the hotel utilises for valet parking is well monitored with CCTV coverage and security presence overnight. Guests wishing to self-park can purchase offsite parking passes on arrival at the hotel for AUD$10.00 per car/night.

Our booking was for a single night prior to boarding the ferry back to Geelong. We loved the view from the room overlooking the river. Room was spacious and we also dined in the restaurant which was fabulous as well. Would certainly return to the Novotel next time we are in Devonport.

No parking when it’s advertised. Rude reception.

I understand how frustrating it can be when parking arrangements are not clear, and I appreciate you raising this. We do offer onsite valet parking, which is designed to assist guests on arrival, however I understand this may not have met your expectations. I’m also concerned to read your comments regarding the service you received at reception. Great rooms, lovely staff and amazing views! Don’t waste your time adding breakfast, it’s terrible, for a Novotel, and considering price per night, I would have excepted a lot better! Plus extra $5.50 for a coffee on top of cost of breakfast, drip style coffee included with breakfast but no automatic coffee machine that most hotels have these days. No room service after 8pm on a Saturday night, at least that was the message said when using QR code and no answer when I rung down. As a gold member I received some lovely Sparkling water and chocolates which was lovely.
