I checked into Rooms 610 and 613 late on the 25th. Neither the front desk nor the restaurant staff clearly informed us that breakfast was only included for one room. After my family finished dining, we were suddenly charged 350 Thai Baht for the meal in Room 610. This fee was not mentioned during check-out on the same day. It was only brought up when I re-checked into Rooms 502 and 510 on the 27th. The hotel has poor communication and chaotic billing procedures, and I refuse to accept this unreasonable charge. I will not use the complimentary breakfast during my stay until check-out on the 29th to offset the above fee.

Acs weren't working don't believe the pictures..it's a shitty hotel Ibis is better for which is the lowest category
