Staff were great, the room was amazing, service was top notch, good little gym and relaxing roof top bar with deck chairs next to a pool with a great veiw. Would definitely stay again.

The location was convenient, with easy access to places around Patong. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. The first room I was given had a strong moldy smell that was unbearable. Although I reported it, the issue was not addressed until I followed up a second time, after which I was offered a room change. The second room had a less noticeable odor, but the pillows still had a bad smell. The sofa bed was visibly dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned, and the headboard was in the same condition. The bathroom was also unclean, with visible stains. Overall, the hotel’s cleanliness standards were very poor, which was a major disappointment.
