Fake fire alarm was not a pleasant moment.

Dear Mr. S. D. C., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at the ibis Rungis Aéroport Paris Orly. We are pleased to read that you appreciated the comfort of your room, the cleanliness, and the quality of our WiFi connection. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm during your stay. Unfortunately, it was triggered by a guest smoking in the hotel despite our strict non-smoking policy. We fully understand that this situation was unpleasant and disruptive. Regarding the ongoing works, our renovation project is progressing well and many areas of the hotel are already fully refurbished. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon to discover the final result. Power was restored but eventually had to move to room 412 because there was no hot water in room 418.

Service was excellent. Hotel is dated and in need of repairs. Hallways so dark. Rooms are getting updated but not the cleanest. Lobby restaurant was good after a long flight. Service excellent.
