Stayed 6 months after opening — fresh, modern Novotel Pulomas. Check-in was swift and staff friendly. I was upgraded to a junior suite: more spacious layout, separate seating area, comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, and a small work desk; A/C worked well. Housekeeping reliable. Lift cabins felt quite hot during rides — hope they improve ventilation. Due to a short visit I didn't get a chance to use the pool and gym facilities. Breakfast buffet offers both Western and Indonesian choices. Convenient location for business and midtown travel. Minor issues: lobby works in progress, warm lifts, and limited parking at peak times. Overall a solid, new Novotel option.

This was our first time staying at Novotel Pulomas, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. As an Accor Platinum member, we received several benefits during our stay, including a one-category room upgrade from Executive Room to Suite. We were also given access to the lounge, although unfortunately we could not really enjoy it because the lounge was quite full at the time and most of the food had already run out. We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and my wife’s birthday was on the following day. The hotel prepared a surprise room setup for us, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. Special shout out to Pak Yohanes and team for helping arrange everything. Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to meet him face to face, but we truly appreciated the effort and hospitality. The food was quite good, and the view from the higher floors was also very nice, especially from the restaurant and our corner room. It made the stay feel more special. One small downside was the noise. Even though our room was on the 36th floor, the sound from motorcycle exhausts outside could still be heard inside the room. Overall, it was a memorable stay with good service, nice benefits, and thoughtful hospitality. Thank you to the Novotel Pulomas team for making our special occasion even more meaningful.
