A very pleasant and wonderful stay. My friend i enjoy every moment of our stay. However the only thing that we not able to experience is the pool which was close due to the valcano eruption. But that’s understandable. Overall we have a very memorable stay at the hotel. All the staff from the reservation team, front office , housekeeping , security and of cos the star for these entire stay is the service staff at the breakfast restaurant COPA. They really pampered us and make us feel like a king. So much variety of food to choose. Decided to try it only for 1 day as we are paying but end up going for 2 days. The restaurant is beautiful both indoor and outdoor. Colourful , vibrant ,delicious food most importantly impeccable service from the staff. We will definitely coming back.

It felt so welcoming as soon as you stepped into the entrance. All the staff were so warm and helpful. The large urban room was so delightfully quirky, intimate and cosy; I loved every detail. I had a delicious dinner at COPHA and enjoyed a serene buffet breakfast in the outdoor garden. Every part of the hotel was memorable; I wish I could have stayed for longer. Definitely returning and staying for longer next time.

It was nice experience overall, staycation with different theme. We mostly stay at our room enjoying the uniqueness of the hotel. Connection to ashta 8 is another added value. The staff is great and helpful. If there is a minus it mostly due to the TV connection, somehow it always connected to the record player that they are providing in the room so it disturbs the connection to youtube or screen mirroring or any other tv channel when we watch TV. It is minor issue though, great experience overall still
