Thank you for the early check-in and late check-out arrangements, I really appreciated them. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and genuinely enjoyed my experience at the hotel. One area for improvement was during the check-in process. I wasn’t offered assistance with my luggage to the room. In my experience with other star-rated hotels, staff are usually a bit more proactive and attentive in this regard. It wasn’t a major issue, but I believe small gestures like this can make guests feel even more welcomed. Another small detail I noticed was regarding parking. I wasn’t asked whether I had brought a vehicle or if I needed assistance with parking access. It would have been helpful if the staff had proactively informed me about the complimentary parking access available for guests. These little touches may seem minor, but they can make the arrival experience feel much smoother and more thoughtful. I’d also like to share an experience from before my stay. Around three weeks prior, I visited the concierge to inquire about room rates and the hotel facilities. Unfortunately, the interaction didn’t feel very warm or welcoming. While I was only asking for information at the time, I believe every potential guest deserves the same level of hospitality, as first impressions matter. Despite that, I still chose to stay here because of the hotel’s excellent reputation, and I’m glad I did. My overall experience was positive, and I hope the team can continue improving service consistency so that every guest feels genuinely welcomed from the very first interaction. Lastly, I joined the yoga session with Bli Putu and absolutely loved it! Thank you, Bli Putu, for making my day. The session was enjoyable, welcoming, and truly one of the highlights of my stay.

The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and offers a beautiful view. One of my favorite features was the excellent natural lighting—there's no need to turn on the lights during the day as the room is already bright enough. I also highly appreciate their eco-friendly and energy-saving initiatives, such as the 'Stay wet responsibly' signs and the option to 'place on the bed if need change bed sheets'. A wonderful stay that truly cares about the environment!
