Until 1 Dec 2026, selected areas will undergo upgrades: Sails Restaurant, upper and lower Garden Pools, Garden Pool Bar, Ocean Beach Club, Andaman Lobby and Andaman Lounge. Minimal disruption is expected across the 75-acre resort. Guests will retain access to all facilities, including three pools, kids’ club, yoga studio, 24/7 gym, tennis and pickleball courts, and Pullman Spa. Renovated Malaengpor will serve breakfast and all-day dining; alternative lobby and lounge spaces will be available.

First room had mould and musty smell, second room the aircon leaked twice. Wasn't expecting the buggy to get to breakfast or the lobby. Just lots of maintenance at the hotel which didn't make it as relaxing as we would have hoped.

I had a fantastic three-day stay at the beautifully designed Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. Given the terrible haze situation in Kuala Lumpur, we decided at the last minute to book a holiday in Phuket and it turned out to be an excellent idea right from the start.
I was a bit worried because my son is autistic, but from the moment we arrived those concerns completely disappeared. Every member of the staff was smiling, kind and helpful from the gardeners to the waiters, from the chefs to the drivers. Everyone was patient and always available, which made a huge difference for our family.
The location is fantastic, with beautifully maintained gardens and greenery. You can freely walk around the grounds, visit the greenhouse with local fruit, and we even had the joy of being followed by four beautiful peacocks. The rooms were immaculately clean, with thoughtful eco-friendly touches and all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was consistently excellent and different every day, with a good rotation that catered to every taste. I particularly appreciated the attention to sustainable eggs and the use of local fruit in the fresh juices. Having kids’ animation during breakfast was a lovely touch and kept the children happy. We also tried all the other outlets during our stay: both the cuisine and the service were impeccable I honestly couldn’t find a single fault. The lounge on the 12th floor was a real highlight, with excellent cocktails and a beautiful view over the beach. The gym is super well-equipped, open 24 hours and always clean. The only downside? Having to pack our bags and go back to Malaysia ☹️ We will definitely come back to see the new Italian restaurant and the new pool, and to experience Phuket again from Karon Beach. Special thanks to James from the Front Office, who helped us during check-in to get our delayed luggage delivered to the hotel, and to Name and Feli, who were always available and very professional. Thank you, Pullman Karon highly recommended for families looking for a warm, well-run stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Pullman Karon Beach resort. They have really good facilities like the restaurants, gym and tennis court, spa and the shuttle! We would definitely recommend it to everyone. The staff is amazing and very kind. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we will come back in the future.

Once we arrived hotel, no one came to welcome us or guided us where to drop luggage. Once we checked in, we can feel the coldness from receptionist (no conversation to feel like welcoming to the hotel). However luckily that we got room upgrade and early check-in from our gold status. For room facility, the room is quite big which we were happy with it. However we can't have hot water in bathtub so that means we couldn't use bath tub for our whole trip (at the end hotel inform that they need to fix hot water on 12 Oct, so that means they had problem with hot water for building A). For TV, we could watch Netflix since 1st day that we checked in, however again we couldn't watch Netflix since Sun 11 Oct onwards. In terms of breakfast, the product quality is poor which we quite surprise that Pullman Karon use different product grade compared to Pullman Naithorn Beach. The pancake has no taste like a rubber, the sausages were not cooked and just curious to know why the hotel put cereal outside which there's milk that could be gone quite quick with hot weather. The Thai staff at the restaurant and Thai maid are brilliant said hello to us everytime that we met or walked pass and they did the job perfectly. They didn't made us feel like strangers there.
In summary if we visit hotel brand "Pullman" at the first time and we choose Pullman Karon, we will feel bad impression for brand "Pullman" forever. However since we're the fan of Pullman Naithorn Beach, so that's why we'd like to raise this concern to Pullman Karon in order to leverage your potential and also your capability to have the same standard with Pullman Naithorn. Then you can leverage your income and profit at the end.

The Amazing experieinced team continue on Iron out issues & maintained profesionalism even where I did not ! I cannot remember anything I didnt like about the entire team they were Amazingly tolerant! Moon Jasmine & Chen 5 stars. the renovation is well underway with plenty of complete accomodations. I watched a brand new roof go onto the Re-opened Spa building the Massive beachfront Pool deck has been completely replaced with excellent brand new pool furniture its Awesome Now !

Stay was peaceful and quiet. Large pools even though 2 other pools were closed for Reno. Rooms are large but partly renovated and some parts still appeared dated. Lift smelt moldy. Great service. Not as busy as Patong. But still has restaurants massage places near by. Beach is right opposite the resort

Assigned with a high-floor room in D area, that looks weird in a wooden style. The bench faces the bed, making me feel sort of uncomfortable. There is only one trash can and the napkin box is even placed at bathroom. 😓

The hotel is well located in Karon Beach. The grounds of the hotel is magnificient. The rooms are a little tired and need some upgrades, but the view was sensational. I loved the chickens and chicks, the cats and the beautiful peacocks that roamed the grounds.. All the staff were amazing, friendly and always with a smile. Two pools were being fixed but the two other pools were amazing. Loved the one that goes under man made caves with the slide. Cao (we hope we got the spelling right) and Jub Jub were stand outs within the staff but honestly it was all amazing. Love the little bakery - had the best salami panini there, awesome.. We will definitely be back.. Only drawbacks, we had a smaller bed (not king sized as promised), the pillows were very flat and the bed was hard as a rock.. otherwise perfection
