It was okish stay, i would expect a better experience as it is Pullman. In general the staff was helpful, room was clean. and it is next to the Karon Beach, 5 minutes' walk to the nearby night markets. I arrived around 3:30 pm, yet i had to wait for more than half an hour before my room was ready The basin and bath tub was not functioning well; and usually i would expect some soap or bathing essence-whatever that may go well with the idea of having a bathtub TV was not working so well, no TV programs nor that i can do streaming

Overall hotel location is good, also biggest in town with good environment. One incident happened during I stay is, cleaning team made mistake, another require service while team opened our door and check stuff, which makes me had privacy concerns, called front desk, female lobby manager starting from A letter called to explain but I did not think that was enough , and claiming if you ever stopping by lobby, find to and say hi and what. For a 5 star, this service and address concern is not enough

We had to move from another hotel due to it being renovated and our family not knowing we searched for a hotel that is family friendly! We weren't disappointed at all!! This hotel had everything we needed, was less expensive than where we were, and it didn't disappoint! 5 pools, beautiful food and breakfast, lunches and dinner and the service was 100/10!
