Nice & new hotel in Nara, there are a lot of facilities in the hotel such as onsen, lounge on top, shuttle bus to Nara station and reasonable price and well maintained as well.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The room was comfortable, the service was good, and everything was generally well-maintained. However, the TV programme selection was quite disappointing. For an international hotel, it was surprising that there were no premium channels such as HBO or Netflix access. The only channel we could really watch was CNN, which made the evenings in the room rather boring. Hope the hotel can improve the entertainment options to enhance the overall guest experience.
