Small rooms with no mini bar but satisfactory

Daisy at reception changed our opinion as we were getting ready to hate it. On arrival we were met with a very matter of fact receptionist with blonde hair in plats, she did what she had to do without making us feel comfortable. The room that we had allocated #123 had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and when my wife notified Daisy she found us in the hotel restaurant and changed our room. Not only that she left us a hand written card on arrival after dinner with a complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely chocolate pack.

A disappointing stay with facilities closed and not maintained. The sauna is closed, the pool is dirty, electric car chargers broken. No staff after hours, only a phone that goes to the call centre that can't help with anything. Service at breakfast is just as bad with most items out of stock, broken coffee machine and staff running around like headless chooks. When trying to address this disappointing stay and follow up with Accor 3 times, no response is received. In summary, spend your money elsewhere, there are many other properties to choose from.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is not apt for any property or setting! The food for both dinner and breakfast, well where do I start? It was awful and they by far do not have an idea how to cook! Overpriced and disgusting food! I do not believe that you stuff one mushroom with mushrooms with no flavour whatsoever and charge 26$ sorry! I’m not going to continue with the rest of the meals like a crispy pork belly comes stewed…. And it folliwed
