Fantastic staff even though Queensland booking office confused our chalet booking. Once on arrival at the SPVR ,we found that our booking on said chalet was conned to the office Tracey and William made every effort to correct the error . From everyone on-site was very pleasant and all the staff were willing to go the extra to make your stay very memorable. This is not the first time stay at the SPVR…it’s always been a friendly and relax place to stay. The surrounding grounds and buildings are always maintained. To all the staff and management, we wish them a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year.

We had a fantastic time. Absolutely loved the extra special touches with the wine, cheese platter and lemon tarts. What a lovely surprise! The room was beautifully presented and we loved all the onsite activities, especially the pedal boats. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.
