Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed that whilst changing from 2 bedroom to 1 bedroom and told I would receive credited points - when I phoned to check they were not. The member who took my call credited the points.

great experience but 2nd room was very small for 2 adults

We arrived around 1 pm and check in was smooth. Our room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful in lovely setting.

A truly excellent location and even with power cuts to the facility the staff were marvellous.

Spacious self contain apartment, with wonderful views of the surrounding hills and wildlife. Very relaxing atmosphere, and enjoyable food at Peaks Bar and Restaurant. Great service and advice from the Sebel staff. This is second visit / stay at Pinnacle Valley Resort which we thoroughly enjoyed.

In regards to the WiFi, we are currently working with our IT department to bring WiFi to the rooms, but being in the location we are in, the infrastructure for the whole area is limited and it will take time to make sure we are providing WiFi that will work at all times. Great facilities, staff and resteraunt. We tried to do most ativities within the resort, but nearly missed out on tennis as the people who took the racquets did not return them until late at night. I would suggest in future the tennis court is booked to a room by time slot and at least staff then have a contact # to ring if racquets are not returned. Other than this one minor thing, we had a very relaxing holiday and look forward to returning again later this year. Staff were very helpful and provided a great service.
