Dear Sophie, Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at the resort. I would like to sincerely apologise for the shortcomings that you experienced throughout your stay. In particular the check-in process, attention to linen in your room, lack of service by the fireplace and quality and variety of food in the restaurant. It is very disappointing for me to hear this, as we pride ourselves on offering a very personailised level of service to all our guests, which we have clearly missed on this occasion. I have made note of your comments on the availability of services and access to facilities and I will ensure that we highlight this better for our guests. I am very sorry that the team did not offer you any assistance with providing a drinks menu, transport to the restaurant and an option to have your meals in the room. I am glad that you had positive interactions with our overseas staff and I will be sure that pass this feedback onto them. Thank you again for your feedback, although this is not the level of service that we aspire to provide our guests, it will help improve our offerings and service for the future.
