Having previously enjoyed the experience in October, I booked a Chalet room for my wife and Mother and brother who just arrived from the UK. Their first words on arriving at the property was WOW. We loved everything about the resort, from the stunning location to the fantastic facilities. However it was the Staff that made it a very special occasion. Tash at reception was the most perfect and helpful person that we were fortunate to meet. Nini the Bar/Waitress/ Hostess was simply outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure that we were all treated like VIP’s. She made us feel like family and not just guests. The vast amounts of deer and kangaroo’s that roamed around the property was special as were the beautiful birds. King parrots , blue wren, bower birds and rosellas and flame robin all greeted us each morning at our chalet window. I cannot wait to return.
