The property is a bit far from anything - would have liked it to be closer to Mt Buller. The lake and canoes were terrible. The oars were broken, mouldy and not useable. The major advertisement seems to be for the lake but very small and disappointing. We enjoyed the putt putt, tennis and ping pong. The staff were mostly really friendly and helpful. The bikes were not great the gear boxes were in a bad state. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Room was comfortable.
