I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Everyone, from reception to housekeeping and the bar, was genuinely warm and friendly. As a late arrival with reduced mobility, I was especially touched by the thoughtful care: the team arranged parking right by the entrance and even called me beforehand to confirm and ask if I needed an accessible room. Such wonderful hospitality made me feel truly welcome. I’ll definitely be back!

Location 10/10 , clean and big room, but the staff was not very helpful, no room service for anything, housekeeping is a must even if i dont want them, and they don’t provide water unless u ask, the service itself was a 5/10, overall 6.5/10

I love this hotel, very well located next to the Metro and bus station. Close to shopping hub by 7 minute walk and just 5 minutes to Central. Rooms are good, quiet and clean and very comfortable. Staff are very courteous, what else does one expect?

I was here for 8 days and absolutely loved my stay. Its right next to the Noord train station, has secure access after 8pm, is very quiet and was able to sleep well. My only complaint is that there isnt a ton around as it relates to food and bev, so you def want to eat something near Centraal before coming back to home base, but I didnt see that as much of an issue.

Located right by the Noord metro station, and a short walk from a shopping complex with restaurants and grocery stores, it was very conveniently located. The room itself was quite spacious, good sound proofing, comes with a mini fridge stocked daily with 2 water bottles and a kettle with a selection of teas and coffee. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel, especially if it’s one’s first time coming to Amsterdam.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Amsterdam North Station. The guest service was excellent, and we really appreciated being upgraded to a larger room. Our room was spotless and serviced daily to a very high standard. All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with the Metro right nearby providing quick and easy access into Amsterdam city centre. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again!
