We was able to store our luggage with the help of front desk staff Khawa. She is very friendly and helpful. Also she was able to give us an upgrade to more spacious rooms. We really appreciated and also enjoyed the welcome drink. Thx🙏Khawa

We checked in later in the evening and it took a while to be served. We were then given a room without the prepared bed for our son even though he was noted on the booking. The reception staff member moved us to another room thankfully. The hotel is very modern, spacious and comfortable. The rooms are quiet but the windows don't open so the A/C runs all day.
