This is our second time staying at Mercure Hotel Haneda, and we were happy to come back again. Our first experience was good enough that we decided to choose this hotel for our second stay, and once again, we enjoyed the convenience, comfort, and overall experience. The hotel is a great choice, especially for travellers who want easy access to Haneda Airport. We really appreciate the service and hospitality from the staff. Everything was comfortable and convenient for our stay. Most importantly, our return visit did not disappoint, and we are glad we chose Mercure Hotel Haneda again. Nice cozy and well designed hotel, spacious room considering it a mid size hotel. Staffs are very friendly and passionate in their jobs, especially the bartender and house keeping department - efficent and thorough. Restaurant staffs are friendly as well with great variety of food selections for the breakfast. Environment of the interior is cozy and relaxing and artistic representation of modern mix traditional Japanese culture. Great stay !

You’ll definitely notice this hotel as it stands out against other hotels in the same street. Beautiful entrance in the front with the contemporary and traditional combination throughout hotel especially the small aesthetic design choices. The room was enough space for two people without feeling too small. Firm beds, soft pillow and basic amenities provided for our 6th floor room. The bathroom is my favorite - I love the Elemental Herbology brands, the bidet is fancy and the shower was oh so refreshing. My only complaint I had - I had difficult using the phone to call for takeaway food service for my first night. Luckily I made up for it by enjoying the great breakfast (discount if you’re an Accor member). The front desk and house keeper staffs are friendly! Thanks for helping is so train routes to Yokosuka and Tokyo! The shuttle bus is the prime reason we booked this hotel. I wanna try staying at other Mercure hotels in Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located a very short walk from the train station (felt safe for solo female traveler at night) and is close to Haneda airport. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was gorgeous and spacious, just as in the pictures. In the morning I got their shuttle bus right back to the airport which was so helpful since trains were not operating that early.

We disembarked a cruise in Yokohama at 8.00 and arrived at the Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport hotel around 8.30. Despite the check-in time for our room being 1.00 in the afternoon, we were advised that our room was ready. We spent a comfortable 11 hours in the room. We did have to go out at lunch time because the hotel did not have any food service.

Very comfortable hotel located near Haneda Airport, convenient if you are arriving very early or late. The rooms are larger than average for a Japanese hotel and are well appointed. The breakfast was great and quality of food was very good. There is a subway station and several convenience stores very close to the hotel but not many restaurants near by. Overall, great hotel to stay at before moving into Central Tokyo.
