We are, however, somewhat surprised by your comments regarding the cleanliness of the room, particularly as Anissa, our Head Housekeeper, whom you mentioned in your review, met with you personally and remained attentive to your needs throughout your stay. You were able to share your requests directly with her, and our team did its best to respond to them, including arranging a coffee machine in your room. We are therefore sorry to learn that, despite this close and personalised attention, you felt that the cleanliness was not at the same level as during your previous stays.
