The only minor downsides were that the pool felt a bit cold and some room amenities could be improved, but overall, I had a very positive experience. I give it a 9.5 rating.

I enjoyed taking a swim in the pool every morning of my short stay. There was noone else in the pool but me. Pool was clean and well maintained. Great choice for breakfast including Thai, Western, Chinese and Indian dishes. The location is close to a big shopping centre which is good, but there is a lot of development and construction going on around. Fortunately, the construction work stops in the evening so it is quiet at night.

We were welcomed by the warm and helpful staff who gladly took our belongings to leave in our room so we can go on our usual trip for that afternoon. Upon entering our room, we were met with fresh sheets, showered and the perfect lighting helped us sleep like a baby. The bed was perfect and every surrounding us was smartly put in place, the mini bar, desk, computer chair, lamp, tv etc were everything we needed. The internet speed in the room also was enough for us. Thank you so much Novotel! We'll definitely come back in the near future.
