Starting from trying to find the hotel entrance, not visible, no clear instructions by the staff. When booked the website showed a plain fare for the room and services. When arrived for my surprise not only I got charged extra for the stay but the breakfast was not included although the website showed it was. The front desk staff was not helpful regarding this situation while she only continued processing the payment without giving any further information. The room advertised as a double accommodation, merely had room to move around (and I was by myself), nor to place suitcases comfortably to access your belongings. The bathroom drain had a strong smell and the walls between rooms do not have proper isolation, you can hear what happens in the other rooms. Definitely not the best experience.

No hot water when I checked in, had a long flight took a cold shower, you did have towels big ones, but no small ones for washing.

Hotel is in a great location next to a very nice shopping mall. We were a little confused when we got to the hotel as it is located in a building with other businesses so we weren’t sure which was the entrance to the hotel. The room was very nice looking but really tight in space. The breakfast buffet was amazing and so was the service. We only stayed for one night so it was perfect for us but more nights would have been too tight. The price was phenomenal. I highly recommend keeping in mind all the pros and cons.
