Asked for king size bed upon check in but ended up with double single beds. Awakened by sharp water pressure noise between 5am and 6am consecutively during my stay for 3 days. Not much choices for breakfast. Fried chicken not fresh. No top up of body shampoo during daily housekeeping until request. Need to chase by phone call for invoice only sent by email.

Good one, but why are the charges so different when my colleague booked and stayed for RM 260.00, and I am being charged RM 300.00? Any double standard? They also stayed there for the 1st time, like me. RM 40.00 doesn't really affect me, but I find it unfair. I have so many business trips that I have planned in KL; with this double-standard treatment, I will opt for other hotels that provide their guest with fairer pricing. My honest review.

I spotted some stains on the wash area. It was easily wiped out using napkins so that meant it was not properly cleaned. Also there was only a few napkins left in the box. I used it up and expected the empty box to be replaced on the 2nd day, it wasn’t. The housekeeper also took my key card that I left in the power socket. Anyway, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, not bad!!

Great service, delicious food, friendly staff. I enjoyed the overall experience. Just one issue tho, the hotel floors reek the smell of cigarettes. Would definitely elevate the experience further if the smell could be removed.
