Truly exceptional dedication and personal service, from front office staff to housekeeping. Best Fairmont I ever stayed at. Renovations very well done. Sole downside were the (too limited) family swimming times. Given the well behaved kids we experienced (and I count our daughter among them) it shouldn‘t be an issue to extend these.

Fantastic rooms, great location, but for 1400 chf per night as an ALL platinum member I expect breakfast to be included in room rate. There was also no turndown service at night which again at this price point you expect.

As I have already explained by email and at reception when we checked out, a problem with the heating made my stay very unpleasant on the first night of our visit. We were moved to a different room around midnight.

I had a lovely experience staying at Montreux Palace. The room was beautiful and we had an amazing view over the lake. It is well located for access to the train station and local bus services. The service at the hotel was outstanding, and I loved the facilities in the spa.
