Staying in Sydney for one night as we attended Afterpay Arena for Constellation Cup. Easy check-in, nice new hotel, kids loved the pool, amazing breakfast and breakfast staff. Daughter lost her earring, so wife checked the room and found jelly beans under the bed. At breakfast we noticed 2 potatoe chips under the table, which weren’t from breakfast.

Nice, new, hotel. Solid breakfast, although pancake machine was not functioning (empty bag on both days of my stay). The only negative thing is that I couldn't have a dinner at the hotel restaurant and was told that I need reservation (although I was hotel guest).

My wife and I enjoyed a great staycation at Novotel Cabramatta where the facilities are fantastic, the rooms are very nice, clean and modern. There are many great eateries and bars both inside the hotel precinct and outside in nearby Cabramatta and Canley Vale main streets. The staff were friendly too which always makes the experience more enjoyable, special mention to Rajan & Miley, they were fantastic, very welcoming and hospitable. Will stay here again.

I stay 11 nights, I want to borrow a power adapter since day 1, the front desk doesn’t give me any feeling that they want to help, at first saying hotel don’t have then another staff said all borrow out by other customers, in the end nothing is happening even they mark down my room number. Night shift staff service attitude is so so and doesn’t feel that he is happy about the work. carpet is dusty in my room. Assign me a connected room for such long stay and the sound proof is not good,

The staff was very helpful at a short notice due to wanting to change rooms twice due to uncanny aftershave smell in the rooms particularly at night and noisy and very cold aircon. The room service food was nice but expensive. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had a good water pressure and the toiletries were of excellent quality and it smelt nice. I got upgraded too to level 6 and 7 so was happy about that. The room was a bit too dark for my liking. Overall it’s a good hotel in south west Sydney .

As the same aftershave scent was experienced across multiple rooms and floors, despite our team checking and assisting, we were unable to identify a source within the rooms and believe it may have originated from personal belongings. Regarding the air conditioning, the fan speed and temperature can be adjusted in-room, and had this been brought to our attention, our team would have been happy to assist with the settings. We’re glad you enjoyed the comfortable bedding, shower, toiletries and room service, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
