We liked the location and the restaurants but there were some issues. Firstly, the TV! The reception was awful and the picture kept stalling. Netflix and other platforms didn't work, nor did screenshare. When we asked about it, they just said there was a 'wi-fi issue'. If that's the case, then why not get it fixed? The room also had some sharp nail-like staples between the carpet and tiles which hurt to stand on. Finally, they took a $100 deposit and said it would take 24-48 hours to clear, and it still hasn't even though we stayed over a week ago and I rang the hotel last night. Overall, a bit disappointing, particularly as these are issues that should be relatively easy to address.

Overall stay was enjoyable from check in to check out. This is a newly built facility with many good features. Room was spacey and clean.
Staff was very friendly. Buffet breakfast had eggs made to order and also offered delicious barista coffee.

We had an accessible room which was spacious and quiet. My husband enjoyed watching the trains from the bed. Connecting the TV to Disney+ was easy and having the rails in the bathroom and the seat in the shower made life easy for us.
