Dear Accor Team, During our recent stay at Grand Mercure Mirama Malang, we were delighted to receive an upgrade to the penthouse. It was a wonderful experience — the room was very spacious and beautifully appointed. However, we noticed that the air-conditioning was not strong enough to cool such a large room.
