I had book non smoking with large bed room 3 weeks inadvance, got confirmation email and confirmation WhatsApp one day before we arrived. But when we arrived, we got smoking room and twin bed.., with all excuses that not make sense.. After we complain, they give us the correct room. Not sure what they are doing. As All member, this was very disappointed.
