I booked this stay through Agoda. It is a pleasant stay with 2 toddler. The room and bed are spacious, good enough for us to stay. We didnt try the bfast since we booked for room only. However, the staffs are very helpful, friendly, and give me a complimentary a doll for kids. So much fun, the pool is also in good feel (warm water).

Overall, my stay was fairly okay. The room was clean, spacious, and came with fairly complete amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the room was quite noisy, as I could hear other guests talking from nearby rooms and along the hallway. Another uncomfortable experience happened during checkout: before 12 PM, housekeeping knocked on our door to inform us that it was checkout time and that they needed to clean the room, even though we had not requested any cleaning. I was staying with three elderly guests, and this felt unnecessary and intrusive. As a 5-star hotel, I expected a higher level of privacy and service refinement. A more discreet and considerate checkout approach, along with better soundproofing, would be more in line with 5-star hospitality standards and would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
