Good experience in ibis hotel. Thanks for the excellent services from the staff. I have to share this good things to my family and friends. View from the pool area is amazing. The room is relaxing because its comfort me everytime gei in the room. Price is good for me.

It says 3 stars hotel, but here there are a lot of shady things that will make you pay more, they won't let you borrow plates, or cutlery for free, they will charge you with food order minimum so you can borrow plates, it is so ridiculous, I never have this kind of experience before in any hotel except for this hotel, the layout of the room pretty weird between the bed and bathroom, it will make your room wet and humid, there are no amenities and towels, in the rooms there are cups and water bottles but very dirty like they were used before

The experience you describe in your comment causes us deep concern. I would like to offer our sincere apologies for any frustration that it may have caused you on your stay. On the day of your arrival, the hotel was running a very high occupancy which caused some room that has been blocked has shifted based on the guest arrival’s time. I can reiterate our regret that we did not handle the situation in proper manner. We have investigated what was happened and found the caused. Kindly rest assure that appropriate training will be conducted to avoid the recurrence of such incident in the future. Mutiaratiff TripAdvisor review

The hotel is in the middle of the city and across a big road, which is nice. I requested a connecting room, and they provided it very easily. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed staying here. The fitness area is neither small nor big, but there a 2 treadmills and several dumbbells. Breakfast was ok, but I enjoyed the service because the staff was kind and helpful. Love it. Thanks.
