Very clean excellent hotel. very close to the town with great parking. very tidy rooms as usual. Staff very polite and helpful!. Will be coming back to this hotel in the future. i use Ibis Hotel a lot and they are always satisfactory. I recommend to stay in this hotel when visiting to Malang or Batu.

The minus things are : - The room was available at 16:30 (I dont know maybe it was high season, but I ordered since a few months ago) - The laundry was late, they were promised to give at 7am, but the fact at 08:30 after we chased them. They send our laundry to 3rd party, instead of inhouse laundry.

At the first time, i didn’t expect that it would become a nice experience to stay here because i had few times failed when i did a reservation for this hotel, and didn’t get a detail reply from Mba Ayin. However, few days after the team from Ibis Style Malang sent me an email with the details booking (I’m sorry I couldn’t get the name). After all, it was good experience to stay in Ibis Style Malang. Thank you Mba Pamela for the fast check in & good arrangement for the room, i love view from my high floor ! Thank you Housekeeping team for the Welcome Crab on Monday and Wednesday, it was so cute ! Thank you Chef for the delicious dishes. I love their breakfast menu and the room service menu as well, it has a lot of choices : chicken porridge, chicken soup, assorted javanese herbal drink, sliced fruit, egg station, cereal station and their main course station. Another plus point is because this hotel has a warm swimming pool and it’s open start from 6am. Thank you for the pool & gym attendant for their attentive service during my stay. Thank you for the security team for helping us come in and come out thru hotel during the peak hours at the traffic light. and Thank you for FO team (male & female) who was did a fast check out & help me with all of my belongings. Sorry if I couldn’t get all of your exact name, but you guys did a great job during my stay. Definitely will come back.

I was quite satisfied with my stay in Ibis Styles Hotel Malang. I enjoyed the bed and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong enough. The room was also clean. The variety and quality of breakfast was better than my last stay in Ibis Styles Hotel Malang. I was given a noisy room at first but the staff respond quickly by changing my room to a quiet one and i appreciate it... Thank you for such a comfortable weekend getaway from work at your hotel. Will be looking to go back there....
