Pleasant enough, but for breakfast maybe on the first day I stayed, the menu had few choices. but on the second day it could be better, with a standard price of 500 thousand I think I can get a pretty good menu. thank you

1. The gym is closed. You could inform this to us on the booking website, but instead, there were none. This was very disappointing since i search the web for hotels that has gym. 2. The opening time for the pool is also odd. 9am to 5pm. This is the only hotel in my experience that has pool that open late in the morning. 3. The breakfast quality and quantity is awful. The seating arrangement in the restaurant clearly against the law since you put big table with lots of chair surrounding it. So much for Social Distancing. 4. We arrived at 3 pm, but one of our room is not ready until 4pm (2 hours after the advertised check in hour). The day after, when we asked for late check out, you only allow us for a 30 minutes longer stay. Very disappointing.

The room was clean, and the hospitality of employee is excellent.. if I may suggest, I think that you need to put one servant on the swimpool and gym area. As I saw there was no one there to serve the guest and act as lifeguard. And I think that you also need to activate the gym.. thank you!

first of all, me and my family were kinda shocked because we almost couldn't find the right spot to park (well, it was also they were so many cars parked in). but... i appreciate all the services that staff offered to us even we didn't have a chance to ask more. the breakfast... i had the good breakfast so please keep the good work.

I stayed at the hotel for eight nights. I found the hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel was serious about AllSafe - we were asked for either Covid vaccination card or negative test result during check in. My room was upgraded since I am an Accor Gold member. I also got free daily breakfast. I felt that the hotel respected my concern on safety and cleanliness as they happily delivered breakfast to my room everyday. I also used their laundry service and I found the service was reasonably priced and punctual. I quite depended on the hotel's restaurant during my stay and I found the food tasted good and served clean.

More than our second home - our home, these days

This property continues to be a comfortable refuge for us during the unexpected upset to our lives over the past year; circumstances requiring us to shift from Hong Kong to Malang (long story!). While we figure out our longer term arrangement, it is SO EASY and comfortable to hang here at ibis Styles Malang (especially taking into account the silver-lining (for us customers) of the covid cloud of the incredibly friendly room rates). The staff, from Reservations to Reception to F&B to Housekeeping, are invariably friendly, hospitable, and *actually* helpful (not like many places where staff say the right things but don't actually help). Bu Ina, the GM, herself, keeps in touch and is so very helpful. We cannot say enough about the great care... we are thankful. Makasih banyak!!
