I'd just like to advise that as always we had a magical stay, where we were able to take in a show and relax and enjoyed the city as well.
But I'd would also really like to make a well deserved compliment to all your staff on this visit but in particular 2 staff members from housekeeping team, Melissa and Surya. They went above and beyond, I came out of our room heading down to the cafe to get a coffee after a rather upsetting phone call from my brother regarding a family issue. They took the time to stop ad listen and asked if there was anything they could do to make me feel better.
The only thing I asked for was some soy milk to make a coffee later in the evening.
They came back later with that but I was most impressed that they took the time to listen to my problems at a time that just listening to me, was very helpful for me.
