Overall from Checkin to Checkout everything was great . Room was cozy . As an Accor gold member got an upgrade to the room as well . Feel the breakfast options could be more and maybe can be a way forward. Options like French Toast in the egg station is not there . Pan cakes is there but not mentioned in the breakfast menu .

While the staff were pleasant and the food was decent (highlighted surprisingly by a standout plant-based Okoy that was genuinely memorable), our overall stay at this property fell well short of expectations. The experience started on a frustrating note with the parking situation. There are no assigned slots, leaving cars crammed along the ramps in a chaotic and poorly managed setup. Upon arrival, we received no assistance with our luggage at check-in. Furthermore, despite requesting connecting rooms in advance, we were assigned two separate rooms located six doors apart. A seemingly thoughtful welcome touch (a note and polvoron) was immediately undermined when we realized the dedication was addressed to an entirely different guest. Inside the room, the shortcomings continued: limited toiletries, bathroom doors with no lock, and an interior vibe that felt more like a low-end motel than a proper hotel. Technology is also severely outdated, featuring old-school TVs with cable only, no Netflix or modern streaming options to speak of. Overall, this property feels dated and neglected across the board. Given the cascade of missteps, this is definitely not a hotel we can recommend for a family staycation.

The towels are worn There is no cable channels No cutlery. As an accor member I was checked in by an intern, who had to announce for some reason that my 2nd night is free.

The room was quite nice: spacious, quiet with an amazing shower. Breakfast was well served. Celular signal was absent from the room, for some reason. The big downside is the location: very far from Manila itself.

Check-in process was fast. Check-in staff was efficient & courteous. Rooms were clean.. Housekeeping staff had preset the room to a comfortable temperature. Shower room and toilets were clean, although they forgot to refill basic toiletries such as facial tissues and bath gel. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast place was large. Food selection was decent.
