We had a pleasant stay. The room was nice, food was good, staff friendly. Our only complaint was the executive lounge had no beer on the second night. "We are out of stock". No other options were given. Beer was available in the restaurant however.

My overall stay at the hotel was pleasant, but it did not fully meet my expectations in terms of comfort. The room and facilities were acceptable, although i did nit find them particularly comfortable. The food was decent with a reasonable variety, but it was not especially appealing or appetizing. Additionally, the amenities were quite limited and could be improved to enhance the guest experience. And last, the guest elevators were doing good, although quite frequent i was waiting too long or too much queue to reach my floor level specially during busy hours. Overall, it was a nice stay, but there is room for improvement in comfort, dining, amenities, and elevator efficiency.

It’s was a great stay with the warm welcome and service by the staff. The room was clean and nice. If I were to say something to improve was that the detergent they use to wash towel is too strong that leaves a perfume like smell on the towel.

Room is comfortable but I experienced doorlock issue : automated door lock didnt work until technician fixed it by request. Breakfast need to be improved in terms of taste and variety. Staffs are nice, welcoming and request-accommodating.

The check in was smooth, facilities was okay. But i was disappointed bcs i asked both of my rooms to clean the next morning, but by the time i get back at 14:00 the room is still the same and didn’t get clean up. The room is very cold and i can’t adjust
