I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Bengaluru Gopalan Mall. The front desk staff was extremely accomodating and arranged a smooth check in, which was really appreciated. Prerona and sneha from the guest relations was very friendly always greet with a smile. The highlight of our stay however was the dining experience. I want to give a special shout out to the chef Ayush who provided wonderful attention to detail during our breakfast. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I would like to visit again.

Very bad experience. I am a vegetarian. My order was mixed up and I was served prawns that led to sea food allergy. Nothing in the room was working. The locker was out of battery, the conditioner was not filled, the pumps did not work, the card reader in the lift was not functioning. I am amazed at how this is offered to Accor Gold members.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The front office team at the reception was extremely friendly, professional and attentive. They made out check in and check out process quick and smooth. Really appreciated the excellent hospitality and service. Special mention to Ms. Prerona for her friendly nature. The food was really nice and breakfast spread was awesome. All the staffs in La utsav was very helpful and polite.
