Had a fantastic experience at Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall and dining at La Utsav. A special highlight to Chef Ayush — he ensured we felt very comfortable at the restaurant and personally encouraged us to try the Sunday brunch specials, which turned out to be excellent. His dishes truly stood out with exceptional taste and attention to detail. Along with Chef Ratikanta and Chef Sandeep, the food was consistently delicious and memorable. Service was equally impressive. Kanti ensured everything was well coordinated, while Wilfred, Chandan, Sandip, and Srikanth were attentive and courteous throughout. A special mention to Tumpa at the lounge for her excellent service and warm hospitality — she made the experience even more enjoyable. A big thanks to Melisha at the reception — she made the check-in experience very smooth and welcoming. Also appreciate Ayantika and Sangam for their support. Overall, a wonderful experience with great food and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!
