Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you experienced with the room, particularly the non-functioning privacy barrier and the condition of the water bottles. I am especially concerned to hear that your children experienced stomach discomfort during your stay. Guest safety, hygiene, and comfort are of utmost importance to us, and your comments have been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for immediate investigation and corrective action.
