Have been to easily 10+ different Accor properties (Different brands) through my account and my husband account. But this is easily the least preferred account. Not happy with Check-in process. Manager said room was available for early check-in, but he missed to call and gave keys only when i asked again in the reception. Our luggages which was in the reception came to our room only after 3 hrs we checked-in to the room after asking again and again. Unable to contact reception multiple times through the landline. Breakfast was heavily crowded and the spread was very less. It's totally understandable that its a long holiday. But, reason for staying in hotel-chains like ACCOR is to beat this long holiday chaos. #NotAgain !!

Absolutely loved the experience with Novotel Candolim. It’s one of the best properties in north Goa especially for families. Stay, food, hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, everything was top notch. Loved the buffet breakfast spread as well. Leisure Time spent in the lobby at night was the most enjoyable and cherished experience. Lobby and swimming pool specially the water slides were the highlight. My kids loved the play area too. However, suggest to have toys or activities for the kids to engage. Currently it’s only a place where kids can play but need more toys or activities for them to engage and enjoy. Overall Wonderful experience. Looking forward to visiting Novotel next time.

The property is well located. Checkin was amazing and they gave me a small upgrade. Also accommodated most of my requests including replacement drinks voucher in lieu of one person not having breakfast. They could have easily said no like many other hotels do as I had already paid but obliged the request which was really nice. It’s a small gesture but goes a long way in ensuring a happy customer. Breakfast was decent although some more fresh healthy juice options could be better.

Firstly the hotel location is ideal, easy to get around. Well maintained facilities and rooms. We were given thoughtful room upgrades to luxury rooms. Staff was attentive and helpful with all our requests. My son throughly enjoyed the kids play zone and the swimming pool. We also had a custom cake made by the hotel pastry team and it was just perfect.

The stay was very pleasant except for the astonishingly poor food quality. The chef definitely needs to be changed. The choice of breakfast offered needs a lot of improvement. There should be more dishes that cater to the local Goan flavor... after all aren't we in Goa?

Novotel Goa Candolim is the prefect place for family to vacation for a families. Our kids had a blast at the resort enjoying the swimming pool and kids playarea. The room was big and spacious, the breakfast buffet spread served us well. Special callout to Saum, Manju and Anwesha for going above and beyond and making our stay extra special. We look forward to future visits.

We were very well looked after, entire staff was very cooperative taking care of every single need we had with our twins (infants) during our stay. Overall we had a very nice and comfortable stay. Glad we chose to stay with Novotel.

The buffet was fantastic. Only nitpicking is , the view from the room was not so great from balcony. It could have been barricaded so that we at least won't see that ugly background

Very kind staff and warmly welcomed everywhere. Enjoyed all kinds of veg. cuisine at restaurant and guided by Ms. Anwesha, Madhu and other staff. The coffee co. Staff Mr Ajit guided us very well untill the last minute at hotel. In my future trips i would continue my stay preference with Novotel.
