Booked a Waterview Superior King room which was meant to have a couch in it, instead given one of the accessibility rooms which had two single chairs and not really the amenities that I wanted for a romantic getaway with my husband for his birthday. This is the second time that we have stayed and not been given a room that matched the description. Quite disappointing.

Was greeted with a friendly manner and the same at checkout. Had a problem with the TV but was fixed promptly. Only complaint is the mattress was hard but that is a personal opinion.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was a well appointed room for someone in a wheelchair. Would have loved to have a room with a view of the water, perhaps not given to people with disabilities. Breakfast was wonderful. Well presented and tasted lovely. I received the paid invoice via email as requested. Was concerned as no breakdown of the charges.

Great clean rooms. Nice outlook. But need better power point facilities for someone that needs to charge phones and run a c-pap machine beside the bed and not across the otherside of the room
