During check out, I told the receptionist young man that I already paid for the parking, is there anything else I should do? He said you paid then nothing else needed. However when driving out the gate didn’t open, no communication between the gate and the reception(bad) i had to park the car again and go up, while losing time to catch flight, they said did pay because the cannot find the payment until I showed them the receipt! I mean it is f park and I am member! It was very bad experience.

Staff was prepared polite and very helpful they booked a taxi for me and helped me in the morning to prepare a bottle for my baby, perfect location tram stops in front of the main entrance and it’s literally a 5minutes ride.

The room as well as the whole hotel was clean and tidy, but... Extremely small for three people, zero privacy in the shower with a glass door, which was exactly in the same room where we slept, right next to the bed. At least the toilet was behind the closed door. Why couldn't they connect a shower with the toilet for more privacy??? The lighting in the room was very poor. The air conditioning does not work enough, and in such a small room with three people it became very quickly stuffy and hot. What forced us to open the window, and this concert outside the window was unbearable! All night we woke up because of the heat, the noise of planes, trams and buses. We got up exhausted. Bad breakfast. As for us, this saving was not worth it.

This is a budget hotel, but it was comfortable and good value for money. I really liked that they served breakfast as early as 4:00 AM, which is very convenient for guests, especially tourists with early flights. The location is excellent—only a 2-minute walk to the tram station and just two tram stops from the airport. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Bare minimum is what you get: a clean facility, one towel, a bed, a chair, and a bathroom dispersed about the room. There was no door closure on the water closet door and ours did not close all the way as the door was a bit bowed. There was also no fan. If you pay for the breakfast when you arrive it is 15 Euro, 17 if you pay on the day. For this price, more should be offered, but Ibis has a captured audience, there is no place to eat nearby.
