Front desk agent who checked us in was unwelcoming, she had a general annoyed attitude, there was no reason for this as I simply waited and said "checking in" when called upon. When offered to check us in, after pretending ID the agent answered a phone call and proceeded to argue with the guest on the phone rather than place on hold and complete the check in. Towels are very rough, only 2 bath towels and not one hand towel is not sufficient. Excellent location and very clean room. Comfortable beds.

Hotel is clean, but extremely noisy. Aircraft noise and groups of men outside all night long, smoking, talking and yelling underneath hotel windows.

The hotel is easy to get to from the Zurich airport and has a reasonable price. However, the bed was not very comfortable. The shower arrangement caused water to leak onto the floor when the door was opened, we could not control the temperature in the room or the fan speed, even though there was a control on the wall to do so - it didn't work well. And all amenities (vending machine snacks, breakfast) were over-priced. Staff were not particularly friendly. If price and location to the airport are the only considerations, this is the place to stay. If you need something more than that, you might want to look elsewhere.

The staff were kind and attentive. I arrived late and went to bed without realising I needed to put a message on the door handle. 2 different staff members therefore came into my room at 6.30 and 7 am, and this was unsettling

Can hear other rooms quite easily, also 0 cutlery in the room and no mini-fridge. Reception provided me with a spoon. It's alright for sleeping. I would book it again as long as the price is correct. I noticed too late that the hotel wasn't going to earn my any Reward nor Status points.

The stay worked out well. It was only a short tram trip from the airport. Breakfast was decent. The room was a little cramped for 3 people. Awkwardly, the shower was open to the rest of the room, and the shower door was not sealed; so water got all over the floor and the luggage got wet. Still though, pricing was pretty cheap for Zurich.

Ibis is centrally located between the Airport and the Train Station. The # 10 tram takes you directly from the Ibis to either one fort just a few euros. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.
