I stayed at your hotel again recently, as I often do for work, and overall I appreciate the consistent service and comfort. However, during this stay the room was not as clean as I am used to. I wanted to share this with you so it can be followed up, as I normally have a very positive experience.

Friendly staff. Shower did not work well. Bathroom faucet temperature had issues, too hot and too cold with no in between. The bed was split, not a full bed. Not sure why? The coffee machine was dirty and wet under it. Room was next to elevators.

The breakfast and the overall menu is not vegetarian friendly. There are no new options in breakfast, everything is repetitive with only a couple vegetarian options. The bathrooms are not cleaned enough with shower heads being infested and not usable.
