I always enjoy staying at the Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol airport. It is conveniently located, the design of the rooms is really nice, modern and functional. My only disappointment this time is about the temperature in the room : it was quite cold all night even after I increased the temperature setting. Also, I got two tiny single beds for single use while my ALL account preferences indicate that I prefer a large size bed. All the rest was perfect, as each time.

Everything is good, we liked the location, kindness of staff, but the water flow in toilet is very slow. Apart from this, it was a great experience for us at Novotel Thank you

Room was good. Breakfast excellent. Only one small comment that maybe consider adding robes to the Executive rooms.

An “airport” hotel without a shuttle service is ridiculous. Bad information before the arrival and in the hotel. Overall mediocre experience. I definitely will choose a different hotel next time

We’re so glad to have such nice & family friendly hotel for staying 5 nights with my 10month old baby. Room was clean and they prepared baby cots as requested. Breakfast also was good. All staffs we met in breakfast area were so friendly and helpful. One lady staff (i forgot asking her name, she’s Indoneasian born) even informed us what to see around Hoofddorp. The best thing was they gave us room at 11th floor without i requested it, since i love view from window of hotel room so i really love it. The minus point only the coffee in the hotelroom not so nice taste. But its not big problem. Overall, it was great experience staying there and when we back to Netherlands sure we will consider stay in Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol again.
