I generally enjoyed my stay. The location was convenient, staff were helpful and friendly, and the amenities and room were solid. I was a little surprised at how much the price had increased compared to previous stays, and for a longer stay like this one I would have liked more variety in the morning breakfast buffet.

Everything is good. Breakfast need to be improved. Comparing Novotel Amsterdam City 4 star hotel. Same price of breakfast. But many option on there.

Super friendly welcomed by the team, room was gorgeous and clean and a good working AC. Nice gesture of the general manager with a welcome card in my room waiting for me together with some bites. The meeting next day was great as well. Nice lunch setup with tasty sandwiches and soup. Oh and the breakfast I liked a lot too! I hope to be back soon.

Bedroom was very dusty. Restaurant food quality extremely poor. I have an allergy and twice they served me food containing allergens - although I repeated it 5 times. No attention (this is dangerous). Also I was charged a tea price because I asked hot water instead of cold water.
