Dear Abdul, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the room upgrades and found our rooms and breakfast offerings to be great. Our team takes pride in providing comfortable accommodations and a variety of breakfast options to start the day right. Nonetheless, we regret to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay, especially with the room allocation and the parking process. We understand how frustrating this can be and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Furthermore, we are concerned about the issues you encountered with the credit card charges and the delay in reversing the hold amount. Please accept our sincere apologies for these oversights and the lack of immediate resolution from our staff, which is certainly not indicative of our usual standards. Finally, it is important to us that all our guests have a seamless experience, so we deeply regret that you did not find the level of service from our team to be satisfactory.
