The room was a good size but it was very dark and dingy. The shower room was a wet room that flooded the entire floor when you showered. The location was fine but I wouldn’t book again.

Clean and comfortable room. Reception /guest relations needs to be improved, we did not feel welcomed, any request for information seems to be too much, either you are understaffed or your staff should be better trained, it's a hospitality business after all. We queued up to leave our luggage, queued again to collect our room cards, and queued again to collect our luggage (the whole check in process was close to an hour !). In contrast, a recent experience at Citadine Singapore, we queued up to leave our luggage, when we return at the check-in time, our key cards were ready, and we were given back our luggage straight away to move up to our rooms (all done with a big smile !)

While our team was fully staffed, this exceptional level of activity unfortunately resulted in longer waiting times than usual. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience. Our receptionists always do their best to provide guests with all the essential information during check-in, and we also have a wide selection of brochures and city guides available at the reception desk for guests wishing to explore the area. Your comments have been shared with our team, as they remind us of the importance of maintaining a warm and attentive welcome even during our busiest periods. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. All I can say is “WOW!”. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and it is definitely the best Ibis I stayed at so far. Personnel, room, bed, bathroom- everything was great! People were helpful and friendly. My room was big, my bed was super comfortable. Both, the bathroom itself as well as the shower, were big. I can’t say anything about their breakfast though. I didn’t purchased it because I’ve had a busy schedule and I was leaving the hotel before they start serving it. It’s easy to get there from the train station: you can take either trolleybus # 3 or bus # 21. The stop Chauderon is about 100 meters away from the hotel.
