Stayed at the hotel regularly and have always appreciated its location and nice spread for breakfast. First time staying during the festive period and was pleasantly surprised by the decors. Won the first riddle and was stoked to get a $150 voucher for Boda, an amazing restaurant / bar to visit at any time. Just regretting that I did not receive the picture taken of me receiving my prize in front of Movey!

My stay was fine, but I will call out 4 items. 1) When checking in - I am a Platinum Accor member, on a business trip, with my business credit card on file. Trying to charge me for my 2 night stay at check in makes me feel like you do not trust me to pay. Besides it being against our company travel policy, it also creates admin headaches when extra charges are incurred throughout the stay. 2) The wifi could do with an upgrade. It kept stalling when connected making video calls for work impossible. 3) The shower head could be well improved. 4) The gym... it just ticks a box! There was no being able to use it. Too small.
