We understand that the early check-in and room amenities did not meet your expectations. As a Silver member, early check-in and room upgrades are not automatically provided as part of the benefits, and we regret that this was not clearer upon your arrival. Additionally, we are sorry for the issues with room cleanliness and missing itemes during your stay.
