The hotel is very nice, but it was pretty hot outside and the air conditioner in the room was not very good, it was 22 degrees, not very comfortable. Parking was cheap compared with other places (CHF 10 per night)

Hotels such is fine, like other Ibis hotels. Only the street side room is very very loud. No idea about isolation of windows but just loud.

The staff is lovely and very helpful, so really kudos to them! However the hotel is old, the parking really small and hard to reach. In addition the rooms are old, the AC barely working and we could hear people on the terrace being quite loud at night. Just because my colleague wanted to save 30CHF we didn’t book the Novotel.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff, because everything else was quite disappointing. The location is convenient if you need to reach Geneva or the airport, but the rooms are old, in poor condition, very small, and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell. I’m also an ALL Accor Platinum member, and unlike other hotels in the region, there were no perks, no welcome gift, no message, no upgrade, nothing at all. In fact, the room I received was probably the worst on the floor. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not a place I would recommend.

Booking was easy through the website, the arrival was fine. However if my husband had not checked we would have paid the part paid with the reward points. The room was fine, clean. The breakfast offer missed a real orange juice, what was available was a liquid with sugar, really bad! the pastry were very good. The departure was easy and quick. In a nutshell good stay but could be better.
