From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, professional, and very well-organized, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. Great service and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the room smelt of smoke despite it being non-smoking. Also the hair dryer didn't work properly. Apart from those items the breakfast service was excellent.

The room was nice and clean, but the drain in the shower was clogged, so old dirt flowed onto the shower floor. Really disgusting.
