Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! LILIT who checked us in couldn’t have been more welcoming and was so nice the next day. Also would like to mention Chaima - friendly and helpful . We were here just for one night to see a friend play music. The location is fantastic right near everything! Easily walked from the train station. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had in Europe. They had proper tea making facilities. You could also cook your own egg. The coffee was good. The croissants were delicious and the butter and cheese superb. They also had crêpes.! They also just put in new pillows and new blankets which were very comfortable.

The room was really dated, there was no headboard to rest your head, the chair was so uncomfortable like a rock to sit on. Some places on the wall there was dirt. To add to that, they lost my pad lock in the cleaning process and I complained to the Manager the next day and she did not seem bothered.
