My favorite location of all the hotels in Bangkok. Just a hop, skip, and jump away from the Siam BTS Station and Siam Paragon Shopping Mall. We actually have another reservation next week for the 17-20th (Oct) prior to flying back to Samui.

i was very disappointed that the policy of executive room with lounge access was being changed and no proper communication was provided in other booking platform as i was staying in the same room type during March and with Lounge access. This sudden changes came as a surprised where if i am made aware i would have booked the normal room instead of executive room

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Location and Exceptional Service! I am a regular guest and always book this hotel for my family holiday. I recently stayed at the Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square and had a wonderful experience. If you are looking for convenience, you simply cannot beat this location. It is just a few minutes' walk to the BTS Skytrain station, putting the entire city right at your doorstep. Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and MBK Center are all within a very short walking distance, making it a dream for shopping and dining. Despite being right in the heart of the bustling shopping district, the hotel itself offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. A special shoutout to the staff, who were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Whether I needed assistance with directions or recommendations, they were always eager to help with a smile. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value, unbeatable access to public transit, and top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

The reception team was excellent, very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was disappointing. The room floor were dirty and the room was dusty. We requested cleaning several times, but the issue was not properly addressed. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

It's my first time trying Novotel and will be my last time as I don't know whom of the staff entered the room and opened the staff which is private and instantly I did t feel safe so Itold them not to let anyone enter even if I will clean the room by myself and the cleaner saw the fallen glasses in the corridor and took it without tell the reception or filing it and it was my reading glasses which I couldn't see without and I found it in the cleaning tray wich belonged to the cleaning lady and lastly at the checkout they tried to let as pay money for a food we didn't eat so I didn't feel safe and wanted to leave immediately it's the worst experience and nobody should let their things as they tent to open our staff and see everything which is not professional
