Cracked floor tiles in our room. Bath had cracks in. We stayed at this hotel when it was a Marriott. Decided to go back because of location. Stayed on a B & B basis but very disappointed at the lack of choice at breakfast & some of the staff on the mountain side were very lazy, not making sure there were mugs or hot water to make cups of tea. They needed asking multiple times. The pool staff were great, especially the one that looked after the smaller pool at the far end of the mountain side.

I felt really unsafe in this hotel because someone knocked our door at night as a housekeeper. The receptionist didn't take us seriously and security guy was pretty unprofessional. The rooms were really old fashioned and air-conditioning didn't work properly.

Everything was good, receptionists and other employees were very helpful and friendly. But only problem was room lock system. Even though I took new look card, the cards still were not working and so I couldn’t get into the room for a long time.
