OK stay, a bit out-of-date rooms and the gym was really bad but food nice though coffee surprisingly bad for Italy.

Very comfortable, smooth service, best pillows, excellent shower. Worth 10 out of 10. But I am an Accor member and normally always book through the Accor website, on this occasion the Agoda price was surprisingly a bit cheaper. As someone who negotiated GDS contracts for a national airline and know their commission rates, I find that sad.
