I ended up staying at the Grand Seminyak Hotel with my husband and daughter. I sent an email to the hotel for my husband's rest, and the manager who read it upgraded me and made sure I could have a comfortable vacation, so I had a very happy time. I was especially touched by ARI's kindness and deeply appreciated their constant care to ensure there were no inconveniences. Grand Seminak was very nice because all the staff were kind and always greeted us with smiles, and the hotel system itself was very convenient because we could request orders and necessary items through an app. Lastly, thank you once again, and I would like to visit again next time.

We love Grand Seminyak. This is the second time we have stayed there. But this time we brought 50 Of our family and friends to stay with us for our wedding. Everyone in our group loved staying there also. If there was anything negative. Maybe the hotel is starting to get a little tired. But the amazing staff make up for that 100 time over!!

Actually the hotel is quite good. But there are some points that the management should fix. - since the hotel is connected to the beach, u should assist 1 person in charged to make sure everybody that come from the beach wash their feet n body before they enter the hotel area especially the pool area. Because i saw a kid wash her feet n sandals inside the pool. Lucky me i didnt bring my kids. Because i wont let my kids to swim in that kind of situation - the pool water is very cloudy, please maintain - the elevator doors also need to be repaired - the toilet flush also need to be repaired - please use fresh seafood. I ordered scallop at the pool but they had a very strong fishy smell. Maybe do some renovation to the hotel facilities might make the hotel feel more comfortable. I did expect much since i know its Accor and the price is considered far from cheap. Beside any of this, the service is quite nice.

When we arrived, we were very excited. The hotel looked great on the website. The staff were incredibly friendly, but very very slow to do anything, especially around the pool. Even using the buzzers, it took ages for them to come and take our order, ages for the order to come (even a simple bintang beer) and when it did finally arrive, we sometimes had to send it back it was so cold (hot chips do not taste great cold). The front pool was very cloudy and when we got in, it did not feel right on the skin, almost stinging. There was an obvious chemical imbalance, this improved over our stay, but it was never safe enough for us to put our head under water. The pool tiles were breaking off and were on the bottom of the pool, making it very sharp for bare feet. Every day, I went around and picked up so many broken tiles and put them on the side of the pool as they hurt my feet and every day they were kicked back in. We tried using the pool out the back, but it was always dirty and full of leaves and we couldn't get service out there, not even for a towel. The pool side and restaurant music drove me insane. It is terrible loud music and goes from 7am through to 10pm sometimes longer, even when there's no one there. We tried doing one of the yoga sessions by the pool at 8am, but we couldn't enjoy it because of the nightclub music being pumped out at that time. We came to the hotel to relax, not listen to shit music all day. Even during breakfast the music was loud. I honestly thought there was something wrong with my hearing as I couldn't hear my friends talk. As soon as I got back from holidays I went and got a hearing test, the results are my hearing is fine, it was the music that was too loud. The food at breakfast was average. The menu was nice, but the service was so slow to get anything from the menu and the buffet just had three bai maries with the same pancakes every day. Not a lot of variety for a buffet. The room was nice, but we had bed bugs and had to go get medical treatment. We told the staff and all we got was "sorry". Online, the balcony spa looked really nice, but in real life it looked dirty and dangerous and I just didn't want to risk using it. Every other hotel we've stayed at has 2 for 1 cocktails around the pool, but not this one. We ended up going out and spending out money elsewhere. We've been coming to Bali every year for 12 years with our small group of people, this was the most expensive hotel we've stayed at in Bali and we've had much better experiences and service elsewhere. We wont be coming back.

Lovely spacious rooms great location and amazing staff. Yummy restaraunt and ocean breeze restaraunt also very good Resort needs some maintenance and renovation . Pool tiles loose (easy to cut yourself) decking needs fixing , sanded and oiled . Our bathroom basin plugs were broken . A little tired looking overall but great value for money

Rooms needed updating. Moldy smells, doors not closing properly. Bed was very comfortable was a bonus.

The Grand Seminyak is right on the beach. Rooms are extremely spacious. Customer service from reception and housekeeping was exceptional. The only 2 drawbacks were that the property is in need of upgrades. The rooms as well as the general area and especially the rooftop restaurant, lifts, corridors show signs of wear and tear. This could be an exceptional property if the upgrades were done and the place was maintained properly. The other drawback is that the breakfast menu is the same everyday so after the 3rd day it can seem repetitive.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday as well as our wedding anniversary, and the hotel made it feel incredibly special. Our sea-facing suite was stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the ocean. My wife was overjoyed, and it honestly made our celebration unforgettable. The suite itself was perfect in every way, with great comfort and excellent entertainment options. The staff were consistently attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, with special thanks to Satya and Suya for their outstanding hospitality and care. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We also had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. Krishna and Dinda were absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Their service really added to our dining experience and made us feel genuinely looked after. A special mention has to go to the à la carte breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic. The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Having breakfast cooked fresh to order rather than simply having the usual buffet experience made such a difference. The breakfast staff were also amazing — so friendly, attentive and welcoming every morning. It was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with a perfect Seminyak vibe. It’s peaceful yet vibrant, with everything you could want within easy reach. The combination of spacious rooms, amazing service, fantastic restaurant staff, fresh food and beachfront access made this one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. Simply put: perfect location, perfect vibe, perfect service, incredible food, and a perfect stay. Absolutely amazing from start to finish! We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

We had an ocean view room, it was stunning. The assistance provided by staff to ensure we had a 5 star experience delivered! Breakfasts on the rooftop was amazing and the poolside service was next level!! We especially loved the poolside call buttons. Beach bar music during the day and early evening was a winner for us. Would definitely recommend! Oh and the mattress was super comfortable and we probably didn’t need to bring our own pillows.
