Overall, I’m satisfied. The room was clean, and they even cleaned it once during our two-day stay—something I hadn’t expected. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is thin-walled, and once I was jolted awake early in the morning by a loud thud. The woman at the front desk was friendly, and the bus service to downtown is great. What struck me was the concentration of shortcomings, which I’m not used to from Accor—Accor’s rooms are usually well-thought-out and functional down to the last detail. So… - The four outlets by the bed didn’t work. - The curtain was torn in one spot. - The inside door handle was wrapped in tape, with a string hanging from it… I don’t know what that was supposed to be for. - Two cables with bare ends were sticking out prominently from the heater in the bathroom. I hope there wasn’t any electricity running through them—I decided not to test it. - The faucet at the sink wobbled badly. - The toilet flush was so weak that it couldn’t even wash away toilet paper lying toward the front of the bowl, let alone the waste that one tends to leave behind there. I ended up giving it a helping hand with the shower, which had a hose long enough to reach. - The toilet paper holder—a piece of wood—was pretty to look at. Unfortunately, it lacked any kind of support, so the toilet paper roll inevitably fell off and onto the floor the first time I used it. - The shower drain was somewhat clogged. The water that wouldn't drain, quickly flowed out of the shower stall onto the bathroom floor, flooding it. I put up with these oddities for two nights and didn't waste my time complaining.

Accommodation with noisy being right next to a freeway and alongside the airport. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very small and like a sweat box as there was no air-conditioning and not even a fan. Pillow was threadbare and only one pillow provided.

Floor was dirty, toilet bowl had poop on it, one of the towels was visibly dirty and there was hair in the shower, one particularly long black one wrapped around the soap bottle. The welcoming staff are always very friendly though.

It was not very easy to climb the stairs with a big suitcase, but the room was very nice, breakfast was good and the people were super nice! We flew very late the night before and needed a place to stay, close to the airport. This hotel was a good choice, just a short bus ride away.
