Guest area was nice and my favourate leffe so can't complain. Staff were all nice to.

Toilet not flushing and power plug in bathroom not working.

unfortunate incident

As a regular guest at your hotel, I feel compelled to share a complaint regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred on the night of Tuesday, December 3rd, shortly after midnight. A group of individuals on the first floor was making a significant amount of noise, shouting and laughing in the corridor for nearly half an hour. The disturbance woke me from my sleep, and upon opening my door, I observed approximately ten young people gathered near the elevator. This experience was extremely upsetting, especially as I had just returned from a long trip and was looking forward to a restful night. I hope you will take steps to ensure such incidents are addressed promptly to maintain the high standard of service your hotel is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
