Satisfied with my one-night stay at Ibis Brussels Airport. Pleased with the room I had. Liked that it had a door inside to block noise from outside. Good selection for breakfast. Can something be done to avoid the smell of cleaning solution in the room and corridor?

Comfortable oom, good dinner and breakfast. Quiet. Good shower. Value for money was very good, but the promised shuttle service was disappointing. had to call the hotel - and was put on hold - to find out where I took the shuttle from the airport. The return was better.

Good location but shuttle only works in am and pm if you arrive in the afternoon it’s an€16 taxi ride. Hotel is ok room need an upgrade. Roos noisy and have an extra door to help with this but it does not eliminate it. Hotel is clean and staff are great. Accor just need to spend some money on it.

WiFi was not working from 2am to 6am EACH night! Change of plan obviated the need for breakfast each morning but we were forced to pay for it each day regardless!

Hotel and room were fine. Assistance was OK. Waited 10 min for someone to come to desk when I arrived. Questions were answered with one word. Very cold.

I had a long connection between two flights and went to the Ibis hotel. The service was good and I liked my room. The breakfast bar was very nice, it had lots of choices and the restaurant had delicious meals. Services were down since I was there on christmas night, but it was all that i needed. Transportation to the hotel without shuttle was a bit difficult. I took the bus and the driver didnt know if I was in the right direction and made me miss my stop. I guess, with an experienced driver it would have been fine. The bus isnt a long ride and brings you by the hotel for a mear 3 euros. But the hotel should leave those information on their website with the bus number.

check in and out hassle free, Saturday evening (bar) meal good value. Sunday , breakfast satisfactory, I got thee just before the crowd, that was when the person in charge stopped people coming in due to the amount of people coming in to the restaurant.

The room poorly equipped with outlets for today's traveler. It was small & very warm with temperature controls having no perceptible effect even when reset. The bed sagged in toward the middle. Overall, an unpleasant night to cap an otherwise very nice European trip.

Everything was ok except the service at the desk was very poor. Manners were non existent. Rude tutting. Tried to make me pay for a bill that was not mine. Then an extra payment taken from card. (reported to your service team).
