We are pleased that you found our hotel to be clean, as our team works diligently to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for our guests. However, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that a peaceful environment is crucial for a restful night, and we recommend requesting a room at the end of the hallway for future visits, as these are typically quieter. Regarding your dining experience, we strive to offer a variety of food options and we regret to hear that our offerings did not meet your expectations. For price clarification, we always aim to be transparent about our costs and apologize for any confusion regarding the payment process. We see on your invoice you didn't pay twice. Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are pleased that you found our staff to be accommodating, always ready to assist our guests with warmth and professionalism. However, we regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet the standards you expected. It seems that the condition of the room and the corridor did not reflect the level of quality we strive to maintain. While we ensure daily cleaning, we understand that the appearance of our facilities is also important and take your observations into consideration. Additionally, we acknowledge that our breakfast selection is an essential part of the morning experience, and we're sorry to hear it did not meet your satisfaction. We also understand your concerns regarding the amenities in the room and the overall value for the price paid. We would like to point out that we have taken measures to enhance our guests' experience by providing high-quality bedding and a range of room amenities, such as free toiletries and satellite TV, for their comfort and convenience.
