Dear Federico, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your recent visit. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short in several areas during your family stay. We are surprised by your comment regarding the cleanliness of the room. Upon your arrival, you expressed your dissatisfaction, and our housekeeper went directly to your room. You replied that there was no problem and that you wished to change rooms to a large double bed (however, we were fully booked that night and unable to arrange a room change). Our housekeeper personally inspected your room upon your arrival and departure. Regarding the bathroom conditions, we acknowledge this falls below our standards and will reinforce our maintenance checks to prevent recurrence. However, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. While our team members speak multiple languages including Dutch, English, and French, we acknowledge the importance of seamless communication for all guests. But we also form a lot of foreign interns and we have some extra staff; unfortunately they all not speak dutch. Nonetheless, we trust you found our proximity to Brussels Airport convenient for your business trip, with Diegem Station’s direct connections just a 10-minute walk away.
