Ofcourse we speak also english but as customer it a nicer expierence if they speak also Dutch.

However, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. While our team members speak multiple languages including Dutch, English, and French, we acknowledge the importance of seamless communication for all guests. But we also form a lot of foreign interns and we have some extra staff; unfortunately they all not speak dutch. Nonetheless, we trust you found our proximity to Brussels Airport convenient for your business trip, with Diegem Station’s direct connections just a 10-minute walk away. The room was really small, next to the entrance of the hotel, which meant noise and smoke from the cigarette smokers. Also the room had a smell as if mopping was done with dirty water.

Always satisfied with the service, very generous and helpful staff. Location offers many opportunities due to its close distance from the airport and easiness to access diferent means of transportation.

(1) We were informed when we made the reservation an airport shuttle was available. The hotel has no airport shuttle and the staff had no information about buses. What kind of "airport hotel" (and this is not a destination; there is no reason to stay here if you are not going to or coming from the airport) has no transportation to the airport? (2) Had bed bug bites the next day

After deep investigations we don’t find any bedbugs in the room with Housekeeping and technical services. However we did a preventive cure to avoid any possibility. While we no longer operate a shuttle service, we provide details about taxi options and public transport like bus line 272 at reception and on our website. Our team is undergoing additional training to improve communication accuracy and guest assistance. Your comments about room conditions have been escalated to our housekeeping department, as maintaining high cleanliness standards remains a priority. We also acknowledge your feedback on the booking process and value perception, which we will review carefully. We hope we can provide you with an improved stay in the future.
