There was road work on the way to the hotel and it was very difficult to reach the hotel. The flush button of the toilet in the room some times didn't flush. But overall it was a good stay in the hotel.

However, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that a peaceful environment is crucial for a restful night, and we recommend requesting a room at the end of the hallway for future visits, as these are typically quieter. Regarding your dining experience, we strive to offer a variety of food options and we regret to hear that our offerings did not meet your expectations. For price clarification, we always aim to be transparent about our costs and apologize for any confusion regarding the payment process. We see on your invoice you didn't pay twice. The access to the hotel on foot is dangerous: the walkway just stops, with no indications to pedestrians where they should walk, and no warning to cars that pedestrians are walking there. The reception was OK, but the corridor and room were shabby: discoloured carpets, strobbing light in bathroom, walls that need a touch of paint. There was no kettle in the room, I had to fetch hot water for tea from the bar (the staff were very nice about it). The selection at breakfast was basic and not very appetizing.

Restaurant was awful. Only offered pizza. Room was worn and needed remodeling. Not clean
