No breakfast and shuttle service available. Hard to find the park and fly option at the Ibis website.

Dear JEAN-PAUL M., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Brussels Airport. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. In order to avoid any guest's disappointed, we've included,in August, in our website that there is no shuttle bus. I am sorry about the misunderstanding about the parking. Indeed, if you book the park sleep and fly's rate the parking is included for 7 nights. After that time, the parking costs 12€ per night. Also, we do have take away breakfasts which has to be booked the night before. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely,

It seems price quoted when reservation made was less than price charged at desk, no warning that no food would be available, so we returned our rental car, then had no way to get food, p.m., or a.m., it is not hard to put up a sign giving information, the least that should have been done, virus or not.

Had a room on the ground floor, window could open, but in this neighborhood not recommended, given the chain that was on the window as well. At 5:30 somebody brought in a cart with clean bed sheets and towels in the hall way, which woke everybody staying on that floor up, given the few that openend their doors to ask if it can be silent.

It is better to use cheaper hotel ibis few meters next to this one. Accomodation is almost the same quality. This one hlave air condition byť it is not worth that price.

Let me summarize the entire issue during my stay: 1) I had to come to stay in your hotel on 2/02 with my late night check-in and booking “on arrival”. 2.) When asked about printing invoice after check-in procedure I faced with very unpleasant reaction of your manager on duty who’s respond was “I can not do it due to the technical reasons and if you don’t like it I can cancel you stay right now. Yourself can get out and ask your stay in another nearest Ibis hotel, they have a printer working”. 3.) I found these manners in communications with your customer completely unacceptable.
