The overall stay was fine: good bedding, clean room and bathroom, relatively quiet. But a few details give the impression that the Covid situation is taken as an excuse for savings at the expense of customers. For instance, breakfast, which is usually a buffet, is now a "take-away bag", that includes one croissant, one chocolate croissant and one small bread. The first couple of days of my stay, there was no ham nor cheese at all. Sure, you can now eat your "take-away bag" in the breakfast room as opposed to taking it away. But frankly, I fail to see how offering breakfast in prepared bags can be seen as a good precaution measure against any type of contamination: first off, ANYONE can touch the bags and decide to put them back; then, the same goes for the bottles of orange juice, and water, as well as the yogurts, which anyone can touch and contaminate. Finally, as no one checks where customers decide to sit to take their breakfast, I wonder how staff can know for sure which tables need to be disinfected... And that is assuming that staff preparing the bags is observant of precautionary rules, for which there is no guarantee (nor is there any indication on Accor's policy towards vaccination). I'd be surprised if this way of offering breakfast was that effective (if at all) at preventing contaminations. Furthermore, if one can appreciate that rooms are not cleaned every day for a multi-day stay given the situation, there is a minimum: I stayed 6 nights, and the room was not cleaned even once, nor were the towels changed at all. One change of towels after 3 nights, along with a short cleaning, would not be exaggerated, I should think. All this gives the impression of the Accor Group trying to make savings at the expense of their customers by hiding behind the sanitary situation. As far as breakfast goes, if you charge for a buffet breakfast, you DO offer a buffet breakfast, and not some ridiculous prepared bag that is not guaranteed to protect your customers against contamination anyway. If you do not want to take the risk to contaminate your customers, then you don't offer any breakfast at all (and you don't charge your customers!). Finally, I was expecting to be asked for my EU digital covid vaccination certificate at check-in, but to my utter surprise, that was not the case. This type of "omission" makes you wonder how seriously Accor takes the Covid situation. I certainly appreciate that Accor, just like every single venue in the hospitality business, has been hit hard by the Covid crisis. But so have the customers. And one would expect a minimum of consistency in the corporate discourse and behaviour, with regards to the sanitary measures. But such is not the case, I am afraid to say. All in all, while I do understand and respect the protective measures against the virus, I find Accor's lack of consistency in this regard rather disappointing and disconcerting. And in saying so, bear in mind that I am a faithful customer, I am a "Le Club Accor" member, Accor is always my fist Internet reflex when I need a hotel room.

I discovered on arrival for 2 nights that the restaurant was closed. Even though I had received an email informing me of this before, which I did not read, I was very unpleasantly surprised.

Limited breakfast menu. Bad Wifi connection. Signal in the room strong, but constanly keeping disconnecting and reconnecting. Some times needed to use mobile data, because could not reconnect to wifi

Pretty well located, but far from a restaurant (and restaurant of the hotel was closed because of Covid) Too bad we had to pay for the parking
