Stayed with the hotel (as numerous times before). It was fine, but the room had a strange buzzing sound in the night (possibly the nearby AC units?), which made it difficult to sleep

Hotel needs renovation, outdated and just next to a refugee center, not well placed

Comfortable hotel and room (great mattress), quiet and safe. Tricky heating system. Very far from the airport - or so it seems because it is not convenient to reach at all. Only by taxi or bus (No.D26, I think) that stops 200 meters from the hotel. Excellent breakfast but no real lunch or dinner, just snacks or re-heated frozen pizza. Courteous and professional staff. This hotel is probably meant to cater the companies in surrounding business park - it is not meant for people traveling to and from Brussels airport.

Not able to use WiFi for business since WiFi without password, which is not accepted by our Company IT department to establish a VPN. Hence I could not work on my business laptop.

Overall a good stay, I only had some issues with the temperature (it was cold in the room). I've been staying at this hotel for the past two years and this was the first time I had this occur to me.
