There was no heating and the bed sheets and floor could be cleaner. Otherwise was ok, value for the money. However, there are no.excuse for the cold heater.

My stay in the hotel was great but it was difficult for me to lockets from Brussels Airport. For me it will be more batter if customers can get transport savice from the hotel. Apart from that, it was great to stay at ibis budget Brussels Airport. The hotel is very clean and hygiene. And all the works I meet was friendly.

For my business, I usually stay at one of the the Ibis hotels near the Brussels airport. As always the room was clean and the bed comfortable. As I work for an airlibe and my dearture was delayed, as it already happened before, I asked at the reception for a late check out. I was not allowed to stay longer not even paying for a late check out which is generally berween 20 to 30e. I was told I had to pay an extra night because the cleaning personnel would have already left when I would check out. I paid an extra night and when I checked out at 16:00 the cleaning personnel was still around busy with other rooms. Meaning that the person at the reception wanted to charge me an extra day. Very bad customer service having in mind that I am a regular customer and a member of Accor group.

The parking was not free and cost 12€ every 24 hours. But the point is the machine calculate a complete day at 00:00 and you dont have the option for pay for the real time that you are. I mean, if you come at 18:00 and you leave at 10:00 you don't pay for 16 hours, you pay for the complete 24. I consider this unfair and the explications on the reception was not clear at all.

Check in was fast. Wifi was good. People were really nice. Beds were comfortable. The only thing would be the shower door was too revealing.

Hello, I stayed with you last night, and paid cash. I was never given a receipt, though at check-in I was told I would receive it by email - I never did! I asked this morning as I handed in my room key, and was told it would be automatically sent. I never received it. I need it for my expense account, so would really like you to remedy this asap please! Best wishes

Practical choice for people wishing to stay at the airport

Great low-cost, no-frills hotel. This is a very good choice for people wishing to be close to the airport at a very low cost. The rooms are functional and clean and the staff pleasant. The airport shuttle means that there are no additional costs to staying in this hotel, and the hotel also benefits from being on a bus line and some 10 minutes' walk from Diegem train station which also has direct links to Brussels City Centre. The only things that would make this hotel better would be hair dryers and a broader selection of snacks from the vending machine.

Very close to airport and have free shuttle bus to airport. However, for all ibis hotels, please prepare the bunk bed too if we have children. Because we have to prepare the bed by ourselves all the time.

We slept here 1 night and there were issues with the lights in the room that switched on/off alone during our "sleep"... we have a 3 years old son and he interrupted his sleep so many times. We asked to move to a differet room (as we didn't feel secured) but they told us the hotel was full booked.

Taking advantage of pre-check-in, you arrive and everything is ready, they only have to give you the key to the room. Good to have the Ibis hotel restaurant opposite with a good choice of food and drink.
