I called before we checked in about the shower being accessible and was reassured that the shower would be level even if there were no handles or a stool/ bench to use. We arrived and saw that there was a step to get into the shower which led to my mother falling while getting out of the shower. There was nothing to hold onto in the shower and no bath mat. The buffet breakfast was good though and we were able to eat in our room.

The room was not clean and extremely small. We went to the breakfast which was included in our stay just to have something to drink to take medication on our way to the airport and the lady kept saying you're not on the breakfast list. We were in a rush to get to the airport and only wanted a glass of water. The lady held us up until finally I saw my name on the list and showed her. I was very disappointed with the stay.
