1. Although the hotel is located only few kms from the airport, there is no way to reach the hotel in afterhours except using taxi or Uber that cost around 33-35 Euros each way. Including the cost of transportation, the hotel doesn't qualify as a budget hotel anymore. 2. The rooms are very basic with no amenities what so ever. The bathroom has no place even to hang your clothes or towels. 3. The bathroom floor is uneven and gets wet and slippery even after a careful shower. The shower area needs serious modifications. 4. My wife slipped on the wet floor after taking a shower and suffered a concussion and some bruises. Still going through tests to assess the extent of injuries and has not been able to resume normal life. 5. The receptionist on April 4th night was pleasant and provided us with hot water for tea as there is no facility in the room. However, on April 5th night, there was another receptionist who gave his name as Yasser. He was extremely rude and refused even to provide a cup of hot water. The coffee machine in the lobby had no option for getting hot water.
