We stayed for our wedding night, but sadly, there was no proper welcome, and the suite room should have offered more amenities than just an extensive square footage.

Slow response & poor hygiene

There was a baby cockroaches on my room which i couldnt get. Asking the front office to relocate me to another room which i dont know where the baby cockroaches went crawling before i spot it. The response only sending house keeping which also failed to spot the creature and no relocation was offered to me until i get pissed off. Im not asking for upgrade or any compensation im only asking for a new room and dont give me that nonsense reason “we are full booked” cos i know you did not.

It was unusual there was no welcome snack in the room, not being offered welcome drinks and guest name not showing in the TV. Still a good stay though overall, but i just noticed that this time even though it might be simple and non essential gesture, it quite matters.
