The reception is nice; room also nice but when I ask for the umbrella that I saw that was on the rack but no one knowing about that and need to wait from the security I even given my room number before they ask; they are not even bother to ask the room number The swimming pool is big but as I can saw the swimming pool on the next apartment that seems super contrast as they just start cleaning when someone is swimming which that not healthy as that might be a lot of germ there and I think the hotel need to maintain that every day (if you need the photo I also keep that) The breakfast is ok, but they serve really long, after waiting for long even the porridge is overcook (burn) and felt really weird. But overall the stay is good just have a bad impression to stay there again

The location was 10 minutes from the family. The atmosphere was relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and caring about my wellbeing. I was made to feel valued as a guest. Can recommend this hotel to anyone and I am going back there in 4 weeks because it is also excellent value.

The hotel had my check-in prepared and room upgraded, as part of my Accor benefits even before arrival, which I really appreciate! Rooms are big! Views are great! Air con is great! Pool hours are not that great, as no one has time to go in the evening before 6pm. Way too much confusion about other Accor benefits, such as discount on food for room service. 3 people said yes, reception said already applied, but when the bill came, staff said not available. Went to the Restaurant to eat, but they made me wait 20 mins to get the bill because they had to apply my Accor discount, but could not do this at the restaurant counter. I always turn on the Do Not Disturb light, but every time I come back to my room in the evening, my room has been serviced - doesn't make any sense. I keep handing up my towels, but they keep getting replaced everyday. I turn off the lights before leaving, but every day I come back, all the lights are on - not sure why! Food tastes really good, but they always say 25 mins for room service, but it takes 45-50 mins every time. Out of the 4 times I've ordered, incorrect order was only delivered once.
