The room size is good... but such a big and international hotel should focus more on cleanliness... the pillow is dirty and smelly as you can see from pictures.. they don't really check the soap dispenser... so while you take a shower you discover that the shampo is empty... they folded the towel i already used and returned it back on the shelve.. i had bad experience with customer service rep. The reception is nice; room also nice but when I ask for the umbrella that I saw that was on the rack but no one knowing about that and need to wait from the security I even given my room number before they ask; they are not even bother to ask the room number The swimming pool is big but as I can saw the swimming pool on the next apartment that seems super contrast as they just start cleaning when someone is swimming which that not healthy as that might be a lot of germ there and I think the hotel need to maintain that every day (if you need the photo I also keep that) The breakfast is ok, but they serve really long, after waiting for long even the porridge is overcook (burn) and felt really weird. But overall the stay is good just have a bad impression to stay there again

The location was 10 minutes from the family. The atmosphere was relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and caring about my wellbeing. I was made to feel valued as a guest. Can recommend this hotel to anyone and I am going back there in 4 weeks because it is also excellent value.
