I am Accor Gold and it says I am entitled to a room upgrade. I stayed the week because I was paying for my wedding at this hotel. The refused to upgrade my room to the next level . They said this hotel does not upgrade. I have stayed at other Ibis styles and they do actually upgrade. I checked and both the deluxe and family rooms were fully available for the dates of stay. I took a screen shot on the day of check in. Everything was great but I left feeling a bit disappointed and run like a business because of all the money I spent there in 1 week and no upgrade to the next level.

We do apologize for the disappointment caused, but I want to clarify that as an Accor ALL Gold member, the complimentary room upgrade benefit does not apply to Economic Accor hotel brands like Ibis, Ibis Styles and Adagio. You can find this information on the Accor ALL app under the benefits section. I understand that other Ibis Styles locations may have offered upgrades in the past, but now mostly Economic hotel brands are bound by the current policy. We appreciate your loyalty and the significant business you brought to our hotel, especially during your wedding celebration. Please accept my apologies for not being able to offer an upgrade, and I hope you understand our position. This was my second time staying at ibis Styles Bekasi, this time for two weeks and i must say i have no complaints to make at all...great friendly staff that make you feel welcomed, not once did i not see a smile. The breakfast was always on point and full of tasty traditional options. Special big thank you to Mr. Rasyid for always accommodating me and having me feel comfortable since the first time i logged at ibis! I look forward to book again in the future.

As a member, I enjoyed several benefits, including a late check-out until 5:00 PM, a welcome drink, and complimentary breakfast for two. However, there were several disappointing aspects of my stay. The room needed to be properly cleaned, as there was a lot of hair on the floor. The safe deposit box battery was low, and instead of a double bed as per my reservation, the room had two single beds pushed together. In addition, the breakfast experience was below expectations, as some food items ran out and were not replenished promptly. Despite these shortcomings, I would like to personally thank Ms. Rastya for her warm hospitality. Mr. Jamal, I sincerely hope you will take this feedback constructively and work on improving both the hotel and the team. I believe Ibis Styles Bekasi Jatibening has the potential to perform better and stand out among other hotel chains in Bekasi.
