I stayed at your hotel during a business trip, and my room was upgraded to a Family Room with a smoking option. I had no issue with the upgrade. However, I was very disappointed by the condition of the pillowcases in the room. They were gray and looked unsuitable for use. I asked for them to be replaced, but the replacement pillowcases were in the same condition. The following day, I became ill. Please pay more attention to cleanliness and hygiene. I choose Accor Group because of the comfort and quality it is known for, not because I expect to receive an unhygienic leftover room simply because the hotel is fully booked. Thank you.
