I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The swimming pool was also great, very relaxing and perfect. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Special mention to Kak Putu at the Front Office, she was extremely kind, professional, and very helpful. She truly made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again.

Stayed here for 27 nights (I was told I’m the longest ever staying guest) 90% of the hotel is really good, Bar Service really lets the hotel down - ordered ice for my room, was told the bar was busy - no problem I went to the bar to collect …… mmmmm busy I wouldn’t call it, 4 customers eating and 4 staff (3 were sitting down) Happy hours - it’s quoted (buy 1 get 1 free). - but you can only have what they tell you, then put selected drinks only that would stop any issues - I told the F&B manager this he said he’d change the sign - 4 days later nothing has changed Hotel really needs a lot of maintenance to keep to the standard as advertised You saw the General Manager most mornings checking the breakfast, but didn’t see him again all day - as the longest staying guest ever - you would have thought the GM would make contact …… but he never Food & Beverage prices are expensive for Bali, the sister site next door sell drink and food cheaper Nearly everywhere in Bali charges Govt Tax and Service charge normally about 12-15% but for some reason this hotel charge 21% this is added to every price regardless what you have Had a few issues during the stay 1 family placed either side of my room, running between rooms, Shouting and screaming - but Ari sorted it out Housekeeping staff Auga and Jaya cleaned my room and you couldn’t fault them at all The area that really made my stay great was the Breakfast Staff, Each and everyone of them deserve something (I did tip them on my last day) to 2 chefs that cooked the eggs each morning - OUTSTANDING Would I return ……. The jury is out at the moment

Strange set up with reception on 1st floor but entrance on ground. Our room had a wall about 2m from the patio doors so thete was absolutely no view and made the balcony a bit pointless. It was called Beach hotel bit it isnt on the beach Now for the positives..all the staff were lovely helpful & friendly. Breakfast was nice with live Balinese music looking out to the rooftop pool. Overall I wouldn't return to this hotel as it didnt suit my needs [beach and views].

Good experience, great staff. They were very kind and helpful with booking our tours and hiring a private driver. Only problem I’d have was the AC, wish it went lower to 16 degrees because majority of Bali used fan and have the ac on a warmer temperature, and maybe more bright lights in the room.

Before i rant i must say its 2 stars not 1 this review as staff were happy and friendly Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel has left me with no choice. This place needs some serious attention, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Location: The hotel is right next to two loud bars that blast music until around 12:30 am. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, forget it. The noise is unbearable, and it’s impossible to rest properly with the bass shaking the walls. Room Quality: The suite I stayed in had some serious hygiene issues. The toilet and shower had a strong sewage smell, which was incredibly off-putting. To top it off, there were disgusting stains on the floor. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. On top of that, the room was poorly soundproofed, and every time a motorbike passed by, the entire room would shake. Balcony and Pool Area: The balcony was in terrible condition—rust and dirt everywhere. The pool area wasn’t much better, with broken and rusty flooring. It’s clear that maintenance is a huge problem here. Bali is famous for its beautiful scenery, so it’s such a shame that this hotel doesn’t reflect that at all. Breakfast: Bali has some of the best tropical fruits in the world, but you wouldn’t know it by the breakfast offered here. Instead of fresh, quality produce, they serve what I can only describe as sugared, concentrated juice that tastes nothing like the real thing. This felt like a huge missed opportunity, especially considering the local bounty. Other Issues: On top of the noise and cleanliness issues, there were fireworks going off at 3 am by some inconsiderate guests below, making it even harder to sleep. The hotel is very tired and doesn’t match the pictures you see online. I honestly wonder if they were taken years ago when the hotel was in better shape. Conclusion: The room was poorly lit, with missing light bulbs in half the fixtures. I would have raised these issues with the hotel staff, but honestly, what’s the point? They were fully booked and would likely have only offered a half-hearted apology. It’s not worth the hassle. If you care about comfort, cleanliness, and a decent night’s sleep, spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. Just because it has the Accor name doesn’t mean it’s up to their usual standards. I think they’d be embarrassed to have this property under their brand. Stayed: 15-17 Jan 2026
