Stayed at one of the room that has been recently renovated. Everything is good aside the bathroom needs to be renovated especially the shower which has cracks and the clothes handle in the bathroom is all rusted.

Very good location, staff and beakfast. The room was too warm (25-26C) though...which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. The front desk did give us a portable fan to use, but it was dissappointing that the air conditioning did not function.

The staff was very nice and amiable, the room is big and the breakfast has a variety of fruits and food very delicious. The location is great close to metro station and others stores and good restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff who always greet you with a smile when you walk through the door. They were always ready to help with any questions I had. I especially appreciated their kindness and helpfulness as I was visiting a country with a different culture, where things are sometimes done differently from what I am used to. When I checked in, I mentioned that I would be returning to the hotel later during my trip and asked if it would be possible to store one of my suitcases there until then. They made a note of it and remembered it when I checked out, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt very welcomed and well taken care of during my stay.

comfortable stay, but not having provisions for Dinner or Lunch makes things difficult. One would have to go out searching for food, which may be difficult at odd hours in a country not your own.

For us, we highly enjoyed the Insadong neighborhood. The Ibis hotel was within a 5 min walk to three major subway lines. However, note that Ibis was also usually a 30+ minute commute to most places. While this wasn't an issue for us, it's something to take into consideration. We would definitely return to Ibis.

We arrived around midday and were only expecting to leave our luggage and come back later to check in. However, the staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early. We also requested a late check-out at 1 PM, which was very helpful. I really liked the spacious area where we could have meals outside the room, as well as the rooftop area with a nice view of N Seoul Tower. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a little far from the subway and bus stops, but it was fine for us. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Seoul. ❤️
